no particular reason, haha. we feel like some playbys are overused when it comes to fantasy rps, and we’re trying to deviate from that.

There are or will be religion (or a semblance of one, haha). East will be a touch more spiritual than the other locations, but faith/religion isn’t really the main focus of the roleplay, ya feel?

Might seem like a weird question, but are there going to be any rules to character names? Do the regions have their baby naming traditions?
Not really, no (to both of those questions!). The names of your characters will depend on the region they’re from. North would have their names derived from, say, Russian, Slavic, and Norse. South would have names from Asia (like, the whole span of it, it’s a free country lmao); Eastern names would be African or Arabian; Western names would be Italian or Spanish.

in that sense, yes, we do have noble families at least as far as south goes, and there are inner politics, not only within the human houses, but the sirens and witches have very much their own agendas as well ~
