1.Main Auditorium The auditorium system is equipped with Relacart's UR-2Q 4-channel true diversity digital wireless microphone system. It features advanced 4-channel electronic tuning technology and a 130MHz switching bandwidth, ensuring stable transmission for critical events. The MagicEQ function allows customizable adjustments to deliver optimal sound quality for different activities. The system supports antenna daisy-chaining, enabling multiple systems to share a single pair of antennas without the need for antenna distributors. However, since direct daisy-chaining may cause signal attenuation, it is recommended to use an antenna distributor when three or more systems are used simultaneously.
2.Meeting Rooms The meeting room audio system must meet the demands of efficient daily communication, particularly focusing on clear audio capture and user-friendly operation. Since the system is often operated by non-technical staff, automated management features are essential. Additionally, system stability is critical to ensure uninterrupted operation during long meetings, avoiding disruptions that could impact important decision-making processes.
3.Training Rooms As key spaces for knowledge transfer and technical exchange, training rooms require audio systems that ensure the trainer's voice is evenly distributed throughout the area. It offers a convenient "voice-activated speaking" experience.
Training Rooms: Utilized the Relacart UR-222D 2-channel diversity wireless microphone system, known for its advanced technology, robust design, stable performance, sleek appearance, ease of use, and competitive pricing. This system ensures high-fidelity audio transmission while offering excellent value.
Audio Capture Devices: The UD-222 desktop wireless conference microphone and UH-222 wireless handheld microphone were deployed, compatible with both the WAM-432 system in meeting rooms and the UR-222D system in training rooms. This flexibility allows for reassignment of transmitter units as needed, enhancing operational adaptability.
