trans woman in need of help before college starts

please don’t scroll past this. I seriously need help.

my other donation post about my car has completely lost traction and now things are getting even more uncertain and difficult for me.

To cut to the chase, I’m an unemployed trans woman in an abusive household who’s almost definitely going to lose her health insurance soon. I’m normally on Medicaid, but my state keeps denying me for some reason and I can’t renew it anymore. My college will not let me enroll next semester without health insurance.

My school has been vital to my transition and overall well being. My medicine is being prescribed through the health center there, I don’t have transportation or funds for regular checkups otherwise, and I don’t have anyone willing to help me close by.

Student health insurance costs $1380, and it’s really the only thing I can get at this point. I would have applied for a cheaper option earlier, but I had no way of knowing that my Medicaid would suddenly be denied this late. Enrollment for student health insurance ends February 1st. I can probably supplement some of this myself, but I’m just setting the goal right now.

Genuinely, every donation helps. Even if you can only give a small amount, please consider it. If every person who reblogged some of my other posts left just 1 dollar each, I’d already have transportation and insurance. If you can’t donate, please at least reblog. Thank you.

Help us move out!!

Hi guys I’m miles!! Right now I’m living with my fiance Nick @edwardjames-kenway in their parents house and we REALLY gotta get out of here for a number of reasons.

Our apartment is small, we barely have room to move around in our bedroom. Their family, while not bad people by any means, can sometimes be a bit much. Nick’s sister is a single mom, and she and her 8 month old daughter are currently sleeping in the living room, so we want to be able to open our room to her. On top of that we would love to not be kept up by her daughter crying. We want to adopt another cat but their parents won’t allow it and we really don’t have room for one anyways.

Also just… We’re 24 and 25. We want to be on our own. We don’t wanna rely on their parents forever.

TL;DR: fiance and I have a big list of reasons why we want our own place.

It’s possible for us to get some of the money on our own, but we have a lot of expenses that’ll make it hard to get by and I’d rather not have to end up giving up my meds or therapy or food you know? So we could really use some help. 

Money donated will go to helping us save up for a deposit, buy household stuff, pay for rent and groceries, overall help our quality of life, and if we have extra, to buy Christmas gifts for our families.

Hey guys so things just got a little more urgent 

This place is becoming a really bad place for me and Nick mentally and emotionally 

im not going into detail because its family shit (ive talked about it on my blog but i dont want this post to go on forever) but my mental health is taking a MASSIVE plummet 

while we now have a roommate that will make things easier, we still need money

i am setting a goal of 2000 dollars to cover application fees, deposit, protentional pet fees, and rent. we currently have 300 dollars in our savings account 

please help even if its just with a reblog. i dont know how much longer i can live here
