A worried expression crossed the red bat’s face as the newcomer had reached his hands out to his cheeks. Making worried and little wimpering noises, letting out an over-dramatic “Ooww” upon taking the pinches. To which the princess let out a slight giggle. Though she quickly composed her smiling face once more. 

“Do not worry, I only expect such behavior from the ninnies at this so called school.” she commented halfheartedly, not meaning much harm to the boy himself. She knew he meant well. Though she wouldn’t exactly call herself cute. And also… 

“These foolish creatures are hardly worthy of gracing my prescence, they only exist as my underlings!” She retorted. Nago and Gii looked shocked and hurt by her words, though they knew the truth in them, and didn’t say a word.

"Is that so?" Allen gave off a faint frown, not too happy to see the saddened expressions over the creature's faces. "I'm sure they mean something to you though, right?" He questioned with his grey pools back to the small beings and a new smile that erased the frown.

"Even if they may be your uh...'underlings', I'm sure they serve as at least a little bit of importance." Now looking over the two, and then the girl, he just couldn't help but wipe the idea of them matching together out of his mind.

Rachel blinked as he regarded her familiars. She didn’t think highly of them, or at least she didn’t show that she did. “I like this boy.” Nago commented amused, it was hard to win over his approval, he had a large pride of his own. “Yeah me too!” Gii the red bat pitched in, though his voice pitch was annoyingly high. Rachel let out a sigh. Perhaps growing irritated that the attention was not on her? She was a rather uppity princess after all.

“Oh? Do you think so? In my opinion they are hardly anything worthy of praise.” Rachel commented, harsh as always to them. In which they would respond with a whine.

The teen chuckled and shook his head as he reached out a hand to squish Gii's cheek. "I don't know, they look like...stuffed animals almost." 

Squish. Squish. The fact that they could talk too added to his sparked curiosity, although he could slightly notice that she wasn't taking a humouring in his averted attention. "Forgive me if I seemed rude." He flashed a warm smile to her and dropped his hand. "But you're pretty cute too, you know! They look like they're meant to be with you." Another laugh blew over his lips as he tried his best to keep friendly without irritating her.

Allen hasn't cared too much about his hair lately, but it's gotten so long that he puts it back in a ponytail more than usual. He's still deciding whether or not to let it grow out.

Timcampy has been with Allen almost his whole life, so he's become his closest friend. He tells him everything and anything, and usually he's there to listen, which usually leads up to a mood improving for Allen.

It was nice to socialize, and the least Allen could do was try to keep up the conversation. However, easier said than done…

“The pleasure’s all mine, Miss Rachel.” He gave her single nod and a firm shake of their hands, although at the same time he attempted to be gentle, seeing as though that was what her appearance had caused him to believe.

Rachel let a small laugh escape her lips. “Oh my, aren’t you a polite one?” She did appreciate it, in fact she thought more people should treat her in such a manner. She pulled her hand back to her side. As it was a bit dim she didn’t have need for her parasol at the moment, and her familiars, a large cat-like creature and pudgy bat-like creature were alongside her.

The teen's eyes couldn't help but follow along to the beings that looked as of stuffed animals, or toys. They were adorable to say the least, and somehow they fit being along side of the petite girl. Allen's smile never wavered, but a chuckle vibrated in his chest when his attention was once again returned to Rachel.

"They're so cute." He gestured an index finger over to creatures, another chortle huffing out effortlessly from his vocal chords.

At first he noticed her eyes on his scar, but that was something he grew more used to than anything. Even his white hair, which was frequently being asked about.

“Allen. Allen Walker. And how about yours, miss?” His eyes remained on her as he spoke softly, his aura and smile friendly.

Luckily, no one had questioned her albinism, saving her from having to strategically work her way around explaining her illness. Sabitsuki assumed it wouldn’t go down well, what with an unidentified disease working its way through her system.

“Sabitsuki.. Just Sabitsuki. It is a.. pleasure.” Her tone sounds more indifferent than pleased, but it’s the best she could do for a stranger, especially one who reminded her, vaguely, of Smile.

Allen had seen many different types of people so far in his life, so anyone that seemed 'out of the norm' was actually...pretty normal to him.

"Of course, as it is for me. Nice to meet you, Sabitsuki." He nodded politely to her and leaned forward slightly on the balls of his feet, the grin that weaved through his face stretching wider as they were acquainted.

The mark ( scar? ) on his face piques her interest; a small spark of someone she knows with..similar facial qualities coming to mind. Immediately, she casts her gaze away from his face awkwardly.

She tucked a strand of her hair behind her ears gently before eyeing his hand with hesitance and partial disgust. Looking it over and seeing if there was any evident signs of filth. Appearing to be safe enough she let out a sigh, reaching out her small hand to his and giving it a shake. 

“Lady Rachel Alucard, a pleasure to meet you.. I suppose.” Her tone was sophisticated, but dull. Naturally, she would have treated almost anybody like this, and it wasn’t personal.

Seeing as the man appeared to be gentleman Rachel regarded him with a simple smile and a formal greeting.

Being as arrogant as usual she did not give more than that, as she was only a talker with those who caught her interest.

Eyes darting around, Allen spotted all sorts of activity taking place around the pool, the excitement of so many beings making him a bit nervous. He came here with a reason that's bothered him for a while; to make a couple of friends. Of course there were the people who he knew before hand, but he wanted to meet new people as well.

A few steps were taken as he approached closer to the festivity, the sounds of splashes, laughs and chatter filling up his ears until it almost seemed like a usual blur. Where to start...Where to start. It seemed rational just to begin with a dip of his feet into the water to get a feel for the temperature. He allowed his hands to swing by the sides of his swim trunks while he walked over to an empty chair to kick off his sandals and set his things down that were wrapped in a towel. When finally appearing before the water with slow steps, Allen glanced at the double reflection and took a plop on the pool's perimeter with a silent sigh. Hopefully he wasn't in anyone's way, and he continued to worry about small things that only added more to his awkwardness.

At once he slipped his feet into the water, the immediate chill of the liquid causing goose bumps to trickle over his arms. Cold, very cold. Although the heat of the summer air made up for it. Even if he didn't meat anyone new today, at least there was the convenience of cooling off.
