One of my absolute favorites. This is a Hubble image of NGC 604, which lies in the neighboring spiral galaxy M33, located 2.7 million light-years away in the constellation Triangulum. It is over 6,300 times more luminous than the Orion Nebula, and if it were at the same distance it would outshine Venus.
