honestly this info/post is so so so important.

like i have lived in my new appartment for about half a year now and my autistic ass would never have cleaned it even once if i hadn’t allowed myself to halfass my cleaing.

instead of waiting for a day (that would never come) where i would have the energy and executive function to clean all of it, i took it one bit at the time. one day i might vacuum the kitchen. another day i might dust the livingroom.

you don’t have to do it all at once. it’s ok to just do a little bit.

Suicide definitely affects the black community whether you agree or not. This problem is far not new, but too many of us are afraid to talk about their problems what leads to depression and anxiety and, as a result, to suicide. And teenagers are the most sensitive and not protected against this phenomenon.

Skin color doesn’t provoke or prevent mental illness, chronic pain, depression, suicide, and etc. These are human conditions that black people experience throughout American history!

Mental Illness is a REAL issue. Black parents need to also quit passing the symptoms off as “wanting attention” , etc.
