In her name
Illi, my cleric of Loviatar.
Just a doodle
New project :)
A dark fantasy novel(la?). Grimdark kinda dark. I don't have a release date yet though.
Time to bring back the crappy oc I made as a kid. Baby's first body horror oc lol
Spotlight's on you, little changeling!
Last session my changeling pulled the wizard aside in private to confess the fact they are an imposter lol
More importantly, Ghost doesn't like the Paladin. The big bad caught the the other 2 party members and paladin ratted immediately (we know b/c wizard's familiar spied on them). That and he cannot lie or persuade with a crap. It's become a habit I follow him around and have to talk him out of the situations he talks himself into.
The rogue is also mad at us for refusing to go into a restricted area in the middle of the day, tons of npcs around (That I lied to to make friendly), without even trying to sneak. We let them do that fight (and get captured) while we had our private convo. In other words, things are going bad. The party is splitting and bickering all the time. An I'm never going to get to draw Ghost in the outfit i designed for them because there is a 0% chance they will ever trust that loose tongued paladin enough to confess any information on themself to him..
A session and a half ago I swapped out my DnD character for my backup one... So, Illi, my drow cleric, was left behind in Waterdeep when a crafty little bard changeling (Ghost/"Hemlock Nightshade" is their author name... get it... because they're a "ghost" writer....) took his appearance (failed perception roll so took his appearance accept made it female. Apparently getting Illi's gender right was a DC18 lmao)...
Anyways. Somehow absolutely no one, in or out of character, has picked up on the fact their cleric has been using spells clerics do not get and giving out bardic inspirations-- let alone just how wildly out of character he's been acting (flirting with npcs, caring about the animals the party has picked up, forgetting KEY EVENTS illi caused/dragged them to...).
Changeling and their usual disguise; Ghost, and their novelist persona Hemlock... A spirits bard :0
They're my backup character. I've been trying to trade out my current character for them and see how long it takes the party to notice their drow cleric isnt a drow cleric no more, but things keep happening (like someone getting me a drow mini and noe I feel bad for changing)
Last session doodle. The one female character in our party was not impressed by our antics.
At least I feel like a role-play well as a dude since Illi slotted right into whatever this bullshit was-- even being the one who blew up the fish lady's head and took her clothes! (Party still thinks he is a woman. Teifling now just thinks hes a "pick me girl".)
Still suffering over the fact the gnome paladin and rogue will not send me ref pictures or anything of their characters... fighting for my life out here.
Illi gained a gift from Bhaal last session for being a good priest partaking in a ritual.
Sure, the wizard is traumatized, the rogue sold his soul to the god of murder for a cursed knife with a demon in it, and our paladin has no clue where we've gone-- foolish of him to leave the rest of the party with the only evil party member tbh. But hey! I got a neat gem (soon to be magic dagger) outta it! And high praise from the cult of the dead three, who are (currently) our only allies in Baldur's Gate.
The Abomination Within Letcham
[Genre: Gothic Horror, Grimdark] [Content Warning: Violence & Gore, Physical Abuse, Sexual Assault, Medical Torture ]
The city of Letcham was lorded over by a vampiric ruling class from Castle Sangmont. However, twenty years ago they had been massacred, and in their stead the church took hold of the city. Their religion was less about gods and more a worship of human kind's advancement and, when the plague swept the city, bloodshed. This plague was not a normal sickness, it turned folks ravenous. They acted more like beasts than men when infected, so they were called as much.
One day a young woman named Mayme was sent to get supplies from the city in her ailing father's stead. The only issue was that she was the daughter of a leech of Sangmont. A monster the church would not take too kindly too-- nor would the man in Letcham who made it his life's mission to slay the rest of her wretched kind. The very man she was forced to rely upon when she got trapped outside with the beasts by the city's nightly lock-down.

Illi, my drow cleric of Loviatar. A bit sadomasochistic, a bit childish, but just a little guy :)
