Been feeling sick and flat all day :( to the extent I got home and fell asleep. Still feeling ordinary I pushed myself to do it, but proud to say Day 7 done ✅ I went into this one scared it was going to be another day 5 and kill me but I smashed it!! Minor setback yesterday an impromptu rest day the result of a bad pain day following an er visit very early in the morning. But today was a new day!
