I don't think that's a dumb question! After taking the ADHD med I do for a length of time my body/brain seems to get used to it and its effect starts to get weaker, taking a break from taking it for a litte bit seems to help make it work fully again. That's what I mean by a tolerance break.

As for what I've been playing I've been going through Dark Souls 3. You may have heard of the series as they are rather popular. I've already played through it a couple times but like to come back and play it again on occasion as I really enjoy the series.

And for reading I'm currently in between things, just haven't found something that's hooked me yet.

Oh it’s definitely a fear but I haven’t sent it to the wrong person yet! I like to think I’m careful with it but 🤷🏼‍♀️. I like that I can blur the images until they click on them and it doesn’t feel like a social media even though it is. I’m very very picky about who I give out my discord to though. Only three people have it from tumblr and only 2 of those people I actually have that dynamic with.

I believe in you! Just start practicing. Buy a fun light and play with shadows - that’s what I did! I got mine on TikTok shop but I wish it was more versatile than it is. You never have to post the pictures or show anyone. I never intended to but a couple of friends (mentioned above) convinced me otherwise. 😉
