My desk and recent pages🩶

I’ve decided to start sharing little bits of my journal. I don’t know what this page will end up like, but here’s the start. It’s nice to have another creative outlet to fill my time. Chronic illness = lots of time spent in my room, so I’m trying to romanticise everything that I can. 🕸️

This is my second a5 leuchtturm. I filled my first one between Feb 24’ and Feb 25’. Then I had a brief time journaling digitally for an a5 Filofax from Feb 25’ to mid-May 25’. It served me well but I felt disconnected from the journal. I think without writing by hand I lose that connection. Being back in my leuchtturm, it now feels like an extension of myself. I miss having the rings to layer and add ephemera, so I’m trying to replicate that feel in my current journal somehow.
