As a fellow cast member, (I work at the VA RenFaire,) what would you say your favorite moment with a patron was?
God, there are so many. I’m a huge fan of “Losing” improv interactions so I loved doing that with patrons and making them feel clever. :D Also my friend and I used to do a bit where I got to spit water all over her and it used to shock the hell out of them.

I have no good excuses for my absence but I’m back from a very long hiatus. Also i’m adding more interesting tags to the posts so you might be able to find your favorite complaints in certain categories. As always, suggestions for problems and tags are always welcome!

Hail, and well met! So I just discovered your blog and WOW!! I'm a casual cast member (ie I get to guest for a few days every season) at Bristol in Wisconsin and this blog is perfect! I wish I had more time to be a part of the full time cast... Or maybe I just need more convincing! Either way, I need some encouragement (and courage) to start (and finish) my own set of garb. Sorry this took so long to respond! GO, FIGHT, WIN. I'm currently working on a new dress for the Northern California Renaissance Faire so you're not alone in the pin-stickings and misfittings. As far as convincing you to work more with a cast? All I can say is I've met some of my closest and best friends through working faire and while sometimes I get a little stretched thin between real life and faire-life, I wouldn't trade it.
