Little Fenris thing as I’m testing my new favourite tool - the GrutBrushes Stump Trough brush, which is technically an oil impasto brush, but it’s also the closest approximation to a real pencil I’ve found, if you just turn the texture off. It’s aces (as are their other brushes - can’t recommend them enough).

Wanted to do a proper painting for fenhawke week, but unfortunately I don’t have a lot of time.  This was kind of rushed, but I like it. Or maybe it’s the DA2 withdrawal speaking. :P

And yes I show no consistency with his markings any time I have to draw them.

While I was playing DA2, Leandra made the comment, “An elven slave? I hope you know what you’re doing.” My immediate thought was, “WHY IS EVERYONE HATING ON ORANA HAVING A JOB IN MY HOUSE?!” It took a few playthroughs to realize she meant Fenris, who was my Hawke’s LI

She whispers his name, and he sighs at the sound of it. I am yours, she tells him. Always, he whispers back
