2019-2025 we’re of trauma for me. Have already decided 2026 is for Healing, Health and Happiness.
Only 770 calories including alcohol. Plus I walked nearly 4 miles today! Planning to hit my first goal when I weigh myself in the morning.
The cravings always pass, just wait it out <3
I really like having more calories from alcohol than food. As long as the total is around 1,000 I should lose weight. Of course exercise helps as well.

Turns out 1/2 cup of 100 proof rum with 12 oz of diet soda is filling enough to be called supper.
