So I've graduate from undergrad so I am no longer an RA. HOWEVER, I will still be posting here! I have 3.5 YEARS of experience to share with you guys. From door decs to bulletin boards. From programming to incident reports!

So in my building we have “functionals” in which a person is in charge of certain things such as recognition, duty, bulletin boards, office, hall council, and social media. I was wondering if other universities have this and if they do what do you guys do?

Yes I’ve seen this at multiple schools called extra jobs or staff tasks and can include things like mail forwarding, night host coordinator, staff development, sustainability rep, and alcohol and other drugs rep along with the ones you listed.

No. As an RA here we do all of that. Each RA is responsible for all of that.
