hello some people have asked me to post a psd of mine so i decided to make one instead! it works best on brighter scenes, but there’s a layer included for darker scenes. i’d be a liar if i said it’ll work every time you use it, so just like with every psd you’ll have to adjust certain things.
it’s not necessary, but please like or reblog if you download! also, don’t claim as your own :)
Diffusion or Pattern?
Should you use diffusion or pattern?
Is one of them better?
Are they different?
YES, they are different.
DIFFUSION just selects a random pattern of colors and PATTERN uses a square pattern of color and simulates the missing colors (that means that if there are 256 shades of red in your gif and your gif is set at 256 colors, it uses all of them BUT if your image has 256 shades of red and your gif is set at 250 it will replace the missing 6 with adjacent colors, so it'll look fine).
ANYWAY YEAH USE PATTERN KIDS, ALL THE COOL AND SMART KIDS USE IT TBH!!!

It contains vibrance, brightness and contrast, and selective layer coloring and includes white, red, blue, green, cyan, purple, yellow, and black/white coloring examples. ** It’s all about scene selection with this type of coloring.
