Note from Yana Toboso about Ciel outfit: Draft of the clothing for the cover. Ciel’s clothes are often limited to one time only, so I adjusted them as I drew them, so this is really a draft. This time, the theme was “Clothes that look like oysters if you look at them from a distance”. I tried to express the striped pattern of a seashell with pleated frills, but readers couldn’t see it.

I guess it’s just one of Yana’s random doodles/sketches, i.e. that guy and the girl aren’t supposed to be any characters from a specific series^^; If anything, I guess we could probably call them the prototype of Wolfram and Sieglinde :D

Rough translation:

I drew this because I noticed that ever since Kuroshitsuji started (or actually even before that), I haven’t drawn any kiss scenes except for Grell & Sebastian in the Red Valentine event, and Ciel & the skull.

Don’t you think the combination of an ex-military man and a little girl is amazing!!?
