The Time Has Come

Alright this has been a long time coming but this is the day I finally call it quits. If any of y’all talked to me for a minute you’d know I’m not the type to half ass something. I always made it clear that when I rp I don’t want it to be sporadic or take forever to get back to my rp partners. I’ve never minded others being like this but it’s just something that personally stresses me out. So it’s time I stop stretching myself thin and beating myself up over not being on. Rping here has been great and Marcus was such an amazing character to play but my life is just too hectic right now to where I rarely have time to sit down. And I don’t want to keep trying to divide that already thin time among friends, family and video games.  That being said I will be around on my main account @lynnyburd to rp privately should anyone wish or (and this I hope happens) if someone else takes up Marcus. It’s made me sad it’s been almost a year since I’ve started this blog and I haven’t seen one other Marcus. If someone happens to come along and see this please contact me and I’ll give you all of my icons and any resources I have. You guys have all been great and this whole experience has been awesome. I’ll be unfollowing rp blogs I’ve followed with this side to keep my dash clean but know I wanna talk to y’all- so please hit me up over my main or randomly on Skype. Marcus couldn’t help but let out a small laugh at that before shaking his head. Super buff? “Man have you even been looking at me. Or Wrench? Do we look like body builders to you or something?”  The hacker gestured towards his arms and legs unable to fathom where Michael had gotten that idea. “You don’t gotta be buff or even fit. You just gotta be able to get away. Cause a day will come- no matter how good you are- someone is gonna catch you. And I can’t promise I’ll be there but I am gonna try.”

Marcus had been enjoying his vacation one that was cut short by a phone call he hadn’t been expecting. Josh’s name had flickered up and he had answered without much thought. Something he knew was probably a bad idea considering the other male. “Josh- shit- you okay?”

   ❝Yeah, man. For once. I, uh. Just wanted to call and say…thanks. You know, for not treating me like a freak and…being patient while I go through all this…shit. I, uh.❞ Nerves kick in a bit. He licks his lips and pulls the phone away from his face to make sure Marcus is still there. 

   ❝Didn’t know if you wanted to chill or something, sometime. You know, just man-to-man. I’ll buy you a drink.❞

The nervousness was something Marcus hadn’t been expecting. Sure Josh was ‘eccentric’ to say the least but he always seemed forward. Something about it peaks the hackers curiosity. Not that he’d turn down a free beer either way. “Not gonna say no to that and it’d be nice to see you before I head home. No hacking or other stuff- tell me where to meet you.”

(I wrote this once and Tumblr mobile crashed when I tried to tack on a gif. My attempts to make this post look nice horribly failed :( ) Tumblr mobile has clearly changed again and I have no clue how to make this post look nice, sorry guys. Basically I've been dying to rp but I suck at writing mobile and I've grown accustomed to my icons. We got hit hard by Irma where I live in GA and I've been without power for a few days and the days before this were busy preparing. I'm going to a family members for the weekend and will try to be on there time willing. Otherwise I'm going to be back at latest Monday. Sorry again for my recent absences on this account, Braids and Lenni. I'll catch you all as soon as possible and I can't wait to rp. :)
