Listening to the Gremlins soundtrack on Apple Music. Trying to relax before more work that is needing done.

Had a fit this morning. Fit = Tramadol + Zoloft = have problems when taking together for a long period of time. Mainly rage. Totally trashed my room. Then my right hip and my back started hurting pretty bad. Thankfully I’m doing a slow taper off of Tramadol (chronic pain pill aka least side effects opoid. My arthritis doctor said to go down one pill a week until I’m on one three times a day. Then I’m supposed to see how my body responds to taking it as needed aka PRN. By then I should be on mmj. Doubt that mmj would work aka help. Anyways, been in chronic pain since 10-31-89 with all sorts of arthritic diseases except rheumatoid.

Now I figured out the text on here instead of big a** bold font. Where is everyone from?

I’m 43, female, divorced for 18 years. Mentally and physically sick for close to 30 years. My mom had a heart attack at the end of this past October. She can’t go back to work until the end of December. Her age is 76. We live together unfortunately. I’m disabled.

Right now I’m ready to slit my arms or my neck open. I feel I don’t do enough for her. Feeling useless and unworthy. Also lazy I feel. Yes there are days where my arthritic diseases keep me in bed. Only have two friends in real life. The rest took a hike after my father was killed in 02.

I give up!!
