Executed >> A lot of planning went into this niche. We framed the niche months before the tile was onsite. I found out the dimensions of the tile for the water fall effect to ensure that the math that went into framing the niche made it look seamless. Then once the tile was onsite, we retested the dimensions to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. Julius Farms Lots 1 & 2 are the final installments of the development. I’m tremendously excited to see these home close out. Lot 1 has tile going in this week as we move into finishes.
