Arthur listened with clear intent in his eyes; much of what she spoke of was common knowledge to him. Medb was obviously a woman of power and one who relished in the fact that she had that power. Such a woman was dangerous to a man of his position, say she got what she wanted and then what? He knew full well what sort of mistakes happened when GREED got in the way of the bigger picture.
An impressive brow rose when the woman removed her hair pins and let her fair tresses fall freely; there was no denying that Arthur found the woman very attractive and he set his pen down slowly as he lent back in the chair with a guise of invitation.
“I see you’ve done your homework my dear Medb, and thought of all angles.” he beckoned her forward with a curl of his fingers, grin never faltering even as his eyes grew a tad colder. “However, my position would be put in jeopardy if the workers I have under me suddenly realized that their pays have been cut. The only way that we remain on top is that we make sure they are happy. Tell me what your clever brain has cooked up for that?” In truth he wasn’t all too concerned about the ‘temporary’ cut to pay, the promise of a sudden influx in income would keep the lowers satiated for the time being. But Kirkland was curious, testing her even as he invited her into the snake’s den.
“It’ll be slow and gradual. I don’t plan on rushing through this,” Medb answered his question. And she herself did he same as she sauntered over to Arthur, every clack of her heels on the floor audible. She props herself against her right arm on Arthur’s seat, her body close to his. She unbuttons the top part of her blouse, giving him a close view of her collarbone and neck. One of her legs slides up, brushing against his pants and resting slightly on his lap. She could feel Arthur’s shapely legs through her nylon stockings and his cotton slacks.
“And speaking of slow and gradual,” Medb says in a low, sly voice, continuing her little sensual display. She shifts her body forward on top of Arthur, almost sitting on his lap now. Arms now wrap themselves around his neck, and her golden eyes meet his. Her glossy lipstick shone in the light of their conference room, an enticing display for any man in Arthur’s position.
“Let’s not rush this now, okay?” she coos, trailing a finger down his nose and onto his lips, before pressing hers against them. In truth, she was eager to do this; Kirkland was definitely the looker that Medb has been eyeing for quite some time. And now, at last...
...he was hers for the taking.
