Desde que se hizo viral mi publicación en la que conté quién sería el ganador del Mundial y quién llegaría a la final, he recibido muchísimas preguntas sobre mi RD y, concretamente, sobre mi experiencia como idol y las diferencias y similitudes que existen entre mi realidad y esta.

Hace unas semanas, cuando publiqué mi último vídeo contando un poco más sobre mi experiencia como shifter, también os pregunté si había algún tema en específico del que quisierais que hablara. Y una de las cosas que más se repitió fue precisamente esta.

Así que creo que ya era hora de hacerlo 🗣️‼️‼️

Quiero hablaros de cómo es mi RD de Idol, cómo es mi relación con el K-pop allí, qué cosas coinciden con esta realidad y cuáles son completamente diferentes.

Pero también quiero aprovechar este post para que, si alguien tiene alguna pregunta más que quiera que responda, me la pregunte🙏🏻 Me habéis preguntado cosas sobre política, artistas, acontecimientos históricos, cómo es mi realidad en comparación con esta y, sobre todo, qué cambios sociales hicieron que determinadas cosas fueran diferentes allí.

Por ejemplo, una de las preguntas que más me habéis hecho es cómo puede ser que BTS haya ganado Grammys en mi realidad, teniendo en cuenta que aquí no los han ganado. Y eso precisamente tiene que ver con algunas de las diferencias sociales y políticas que existen entre ambas realidades.

Por eso, antes de hacer la publicación, quiero recopilar todas las preguntas que tengáis. Puede que algunas de ellas me ayuden a explicar cosas de mi realidad que nunca se me habría ocurrido mencionar por mi cuenta.

Sé que es una publicación que muchos lleváis bastante tiempo esperando, así que espero poder explicar todo lo mejor posible y responder a la mayor cantidad de preguntas que pueda 🫶🏻

IMPORTANTE: la última vez que fui a mi RD fue en 2028, por lo que no puedo deciros quién ganará el Mundial de 2030 ni hablar con certeza de acontecimientos posteriores a ese año. Todo lo que pueda contaros sobre mi realidad se limita a lo que recuerdo de mis experiencias hasta ese momento

Quiero recordar que cualquier similitud de mi RD con esta está completamente fuera de mi control, no penséis que todo lo que pasa allí pasa aquí también solo porque algunas cosas hayan terminado siendo iguales ‼️

También quiero recalcar que mi RD de Idol no es la única realidad a la que he ido. Si queréis que hable sobre alguna de las otras realidades que he visitado, házmelo saber! En algunos de mis vídeos anteriores he mencionado a qué realidades he ido, por si queréis echarles un vistazo 🫶🏻

Ever since my post about predicting the World Cup winner and finalist went viral, I’ve received so many questions about my DR and, specifically, about my experience as an idol and the differences and similarities between my reality and this one.

A few weeks ago, when I posted my latest video talking a little more about my experience as a shifter, I also asked you guys if there was anything specific you wanted me to talk about. And one of the things that came up the most was exactly this.

So I think it’s finally time to talk about it 🗣️‼️‼️

I want to tell you more about what my Idol DR is like, what my relationship with the K-pop industry is like there, what things are similar to the reality we know, and what things are completely different.

But I also want to use this post to ask you guys to leave any other questions you might have in the comments. You’ve asked me about politics, artists, what makes my reality different from this one, and especially what social changes happened there that made certain things different.

For example, one of the questions I’ve been asked the most is how BTS managed to win Grammys in my reality, considering that they haven’t won them here. And that actually has a lot to do with some of the social and political differences between the two realities.

That’s why, before I make the actual post, I want to collect as many questions as possible. Some of them might even help me explain things about my reality that I wouldn’t have thought to mention on my own.

I know this is a post that many of you have been waiting for for quite a while, so I’ll try my best to explain everything and answer as many questions as I can 🫶🏻

IMPORTANT: The last time I went to my DR was in 2028, so I can’t tell you who will win the 2030 World Cup or speak with certainty about events that happened after that year. Everything I can tell you about my reality is limited to what I remember from my experiences up until that point.

I want to remind everyone that any similarities between my DR and this reality are completely out of my control. Please don’t assume that everything that happens there also happens here just because some things happen to be the same ‼️

I also want to point out that my Idol DR isn’t the only reality I’ve been to! If you’d like me to talk about another reality I’ve visited, let me know! I’ve mentioned which realities I’ve been to in some of my previous videos, so feel free to check those out too 🫶🏻

Wdym u said Argentina’s don’t get mad because u knew. Knew what? In ur dr the same thing happens that happend here. Also we don’t know if shifting can be proved or not just because it’s personal.

What I meant is that I was simply sharing some experiences from my dr. At the time, I had no idea whether anything would end up happening the same way in this reality. I wasn’t trying to predict or prove anything.

As time went on and things started unfolding here, I noticed that some events were happening very similarly to how they happened in my dr. At the same time, there are also many things that happened in my dr that haven’t happened here. That could also be because I scripted my dr to be almost identical to this reality, with me in it and with some social issues changed, like xenophobia and racism. So “naturally”, many events would still be the same, just a reminder that I don’t control any reality, it just happened.

That’s why I made the “Argentinians don’t get mad” joke a year ago, cause in my dr, they got really mad, it was just one of the random experiences I shared, not because I knew it would happen here.

U PROVED SHIFTING N VIRAL NOW

Actually, that was never my intention. Even if I wanted to, I don’t think shifting is something that can be objectively “proved” because it’s such a personal experience, and everyone will interpret things differently. I’m just really happy that my experience resonated with so many people and gave some of you hope 🫶

Also, I’ve literally never been a football fan in my life 😭. I only mentioned the World Cup because in that post I was sharing some of the biggest random things that happened in my dr, and Spain winning the 2026 World Cup against Argentina was one of the biggest events there. That’s why I jokingly said, “Argentinians please don’t get mad.”cause I knew🥲

Is it possible to manifest passing marks even if l didn't answer even just the passing marks in my exam copy?

I wrote the answers of 45 marks in my exam copy,passing park is 68.In my school,there is no system of re-exam.

So when l get the exam copy back is it possible to see the answers of 68 marks written in it,instead of just 45 marks??? Is it possible to see that My teaches wrote 68 marks in copy and not 45 or below ? Pls pls pls answer and thank you very much for your posts.l luv em.🫶🫶

Yes, it’s absolutely possible! 💗 I’ve done this many times with my exams (even now in university). Don’t focus on what happened during the exam or how many marks you think you wrote, focus on the outcome you want. Assume that when you get your paper back, you’ll see the passing mark (or even higher).

Instead of focusing on the 45 marks you think you answered, keep your attention on the final result you want. Visualize yourself seeing 68+ on your paper and persist in that assumption. Don’t stress about the “how”

Persist in that assumption and don’t let doubts change your mindset. You’ve got this! 🤍

Say I enter the void and manifest a loving boyfriend. Would that love be inauthentic? And if I personally feel his love is inauthentic, will I just see the whole thing as fabricated—a love that's not genuinely real? I hope you get what I'm asking.

I totally get what you’re asking, and it’s a really valid concern. I think it comes down to how you define ‘authentic.’ If you’re manifesting a loving boyfriend from the void, he would feel real, act real, and love you in ways that feel completely genuine—because you created that love with intention and clarity. And btw it’s like scripting a boyfriend into your dr, you are not forcing anyone, it’s natural.

But if deep down you believe it’s fake or scripted, then yeah, you might emotionally disconnect from it and start to see it as artificial. The experience depends on how you perceive it.

Love isn’t only about randomness or fate, it’s also about connection, intention, and presence. If you feel loved, supported, and valued by this person, why would that be any less authentic than love in this reality, which can also be unpredictable or conditional?

So maybe the key isn’t whether the love is ‘real,’ but whether you allow yourself to receive it as real. And that’s something only you can answer :) but if you want mine, yes! It’s completely real!

Y es que llevo a un lugar oscuro y inconscientemente digo "estoy en mi realidad deseada" y siento cosquillas y como si algo me succionara y veo luces pero cuando despierto sigo en mi misma habitacion xd

Te voy a decir 2 causes del porque creo, y ya ahí tu identificas:

Por lo que describes, parece que estás muy cerca de shiftear, de echo yo sentía eso semanas antes de shiftear por primera vez (lo conté en mi vídeo) Esa sensación de cosquillas, luces, succión y el hecho de que digas “estoy en mi realidad deseada” de forma automática son señales bastante claras de que tu mente ya tiene integrada la idea del shifting. Es probable que lo estés haciendo inconscientemente porque ya se volvió parte de tu rutina.

Yo personalmente creo que como lo repites tanto, tu subconsciente ya lo tiene interiorizado, y por eso lo vives en sueños o estados intermedios. No es que haya algo que te esté impidiendo shiftear —porque como siempre digo, nada nos impide hacerlo—, sino que puede que te estés quedando justo en esa línea entre lo consciente y lo inconsciente. Como si estuvieras tan cerca que te falta solo un empujoncito más de claridad mental o presencia en el momento.

Lo que te pasa no es raro y de hecho es una buena señal, lo digo basándome en mi, porque yo me lo tome como una buena señal y así fue. Sinceramente la respuesta es pq me hice creer que estaba cerca, me lo creí y confié en ello y por eso shiftee, puedes hacer lo mismo!

También puede significar que tu mente ya sabe el camino, solo falta que lo cruces por completo. Quizá podrías probar a relajarte más, cambiar un poco tu enfoque o no presionarte tanto con el resultado. A veces cuanto más natural lo tomamos, más fluido se vuelve el proceso.

Yo lo que hacía cuando soñaba con el shifting y decía en mis sueños que estaba en mi realidad deseada, era al despertarme en el momento de darme cuenta que era sueño, volvía a repetir que estaba en mi rd y a relajarme, así se induce el hypnagogic state (tengo un vídeo de ello) y eso me ayudaba muchísimo, puedes probarlo, pero no te aseguro nada porque lo que me funciona a mi no significa que a ti igual, pero puede ayudarte a descubrir alguna manera que se adapte a ti!!

Después la segunda cosa que puede ser, creo que podría estar pasando algo: quizás lo repites tanto que ya lo haces por rutina, sin sentirlo del todo o sin que tu subconsciente lo haya interiorizado como una verdad. A veces decimos “voy a shiftear” muchas veces, pero si no lo creemos de verdad, si no lo sentimos real, es como si estuviéramos repitiendo una frase vacía. No es que algo te esté bloqueando (porque como antes dije, nada nos impide shiftear), pero puede que estés actuando desde la costumbre más que desde la convicción profunda.

Eso explicaría por qué llegas tan cerca, sientes todos esos síntomas… pero no terminas de hacer el cambio completo. Intenta conectar más con la sensación real de estar en tu RD, no solo con la frase. Imagina, siente, cree. Tu mente ya sabe el camino, solo falta que le des el empujón emocional y consciente que necesita. Aunque no lo creas, las emociones ayudan muchísimo!

¿Cuál es la diferencia en el shifting y el void? ¿No son lo mismo?

Una buena pregunta!!

El shifting y el void no son lo mismo, pero pueden estar relacionados, ya que si puedes shiftear desde el void state.

El shifting es el proceso de mover tu conciencia desde esta realidad, hacia otra realidad deseada, de forma voluntaria y consciente y/o crear tu realidad, mientras que el void state es un estado mental profundo, puro y vacío. Es un lugar donde no hay pensamientos, emociones, ni cuerpo físico. Estás en pura conciencia. Desde el void puedes hacer shifting, pero el void en sí no es una realidad, es más bien un lugar mental donde puedes manifestar lo que quieras.

El void no es una realidad como tal, sino un estado de ser.

shifting doesn’t need to feel like a cosmic event. no need for vibrating, levitating, the heavens parting. sometimes it’s quiet. lose the expectation of ‘fireworks.’  sometimes it’s like slipping into warm water, seamless and smooth. don’t wait for ‘proof’. just shift.

stop acting like reality is a prison cell. you are not ‘trapped’. you are not ‘stuck’. you’re just sitting in one room when you could walk into another. no chains, no locks, just a door.

start being delusional. your current reality is just a collection of past assumptions. want a new reality? adopt new assumptions. pretend you already have what you want. no, really. stop analysing. just be the version of you who has it. the world will catch up.

if you’re ‘waiting’ for your manifestation, you’re reinforcing that it isn’t here yet. and if you’re reinforcing lack, you’re just extending it. let go of ‘waiting.' live like it’s already yours. because it is.

Aún recuerdo la primera vez que shiftee a mi realidad deseada. Fue una mañana de enero, poco después de Año Nuevo. No había vivido conscientemente esa noche especial, pero aún podía sentir la calidez sobre un nuevo comienzo, un nuevo año, una nueva vida.

El cielo estaba dividido entre la lluvia y el sol. Un día agridulce, de esos en los que la luz se cuela por cada rincón y, aun así, las gotas caían, era tristemente hermoso. Me senté en mi cama, mi pecho latiendo entre incredulidad y emoción. Tomé el teléfono y escuché la voz de aquella persona que tantas veces había soñado con escuchar, convivir decir mi nombre, con preguntarme que tal estaba y que me dijera te quiero, pude responderle de vuelta el te quiero. Me miré al espejo y, por primera vez, me reconocí sin dudas. Me sentí en casa dentro de mi propia piel.

Salí a la calle sin prisa, no trabajaba ese día, tenía planes con mis amigos más tarde, pero no quise tomar el coche. Quería caminar. Quería sentir cada paso como prueba de que estaba ahí, de verdad, que el mundo que tanto anhelé ya no era un sueño inalcanzable.

A lo largo del camino, recordé todas las noches en las que lloré de agotamiento, los días en los que dudé de todo, incluso de mí misma. Las veces en las que me pregunté si valía la pena seguir intentándolo, si no estaba persiguiendo algo imposible. Pero seguí adelante. Me caí y me levanté. Una y otra vez. Porque algo en mí siempre supo que esto era real, que estaba destinada a encontrar mi camino.

Decidí ponerme los auriculares mientras caminaba hacia el lugar donde había quedado con mis amigos. Saqué el móvil sin pensarlo demasiado, como cualquier otro día, y abrí mi playlist de siempre. Un gesto automático, sin expectativas.

Pero algo fue diferente.

Las canciones que tenía guardadas no eran las mismas que recordaba en esta realidad. Entonces empezó a sonar una canción desconocida. Nunca la había escuchado antes, y aun así… me sabía la letra. No solo eso, sino que entendía cada palabra, aun estando en otro idioma, como si mi mente la hubiera llevado conmigo sin que yo lo supiera.

Fue como un momento divino, un mensaje escondido entre acordes y melodías.

“Una tarde superficial. Estoy obsesionada con algo sin importancia. Los días que anhelé. Me están llamando. Puedo sentirlo. Afuera de la ventana, la lluvia en la calle. Comenzó a caer silenciosamente”

¿Cómo era posible que la primera canción que escuchara en esta realidad describiera cómo me sentía y mi día? ¿Cómo podía hablar de la lluvia cayendo afuera de la ventana, de la sensación de estar atrapada en pensamientos superficiales, de un anhelo profundo llamándome?

El universo me hablaba a través de la música. Y en ese instante, supe que ya no había vuelta atrás.

Y justo en ese instante, mientras el agua aún resbalaba sobre el asfalto, mis ojos se fijaron en una pequeña flor que brotaba entre las grietas de la acera. Contra todo pronóstico, contra el cemento frío y la dureza del suelo, ahí estaba: viva, floreciendo. Encontró su manera de florecer y salir.

Ese momento lo entendí todo.

No importa cuán difícil parezca, cuán cerrado esté el camino, la vida—la naturaleza, al igual que nosotros—siempre encuentra una forma de salir adelante y florecer.

Te cuento esto porque sé lo fácil que es perder la esperanza, dudar de todo y preguntarse si realmente vale la pena seguir intentando. Sé lo que es sentirse atrapada, como si estuvieras caminando en círculos sin encontrar la salida. Pero quiero que entiendas algo: el camino hacia tu realidad deseada no es en vano.

Cada paso, cada intento, cada noche en la que te acuestas con la duda y aun así decides seguir adelante, te está acercando más de lo que crees. Yo también pasé por momentos en los que pensé que nunca lo lograría, que tal vez todo esto era solo un sueño imposible. Pero entonces, un día, todo cambió. De repente, estaba ahí. Viviéndolo. Sintiendo cada detalle con la certeza de que era real.

Por eso, quiero que recuerdes algo: el shifting no es cuestión de suerte o de un talento especial. Es constancia, es confianza, es saber que no importa cuánto tarde, siempre estará esperándote. Y cuando llegue tu momento, lo sabrás porque lo verás. Porque cada pequeño detalle, cada canción, cada flor que nace entre las grietas del camino, te lo recordará.

Sigue adelante. No dejes que la duda te detenga. Porque un día, sin previo aviso, abrirás los ojos y te darás cuenta de que lo lograste. Y que todo el esfuerzo invertido valió totalmente la pena.

Si yo lo logré, tú también puedes. No hay nada en mí que te falte a ti. No soy especial, ni diferente, ni tuve una ventaja secreta. Tuve las mismas dudas, los mismos miedos, las mismas caídas. La única diferencia es que decidí seguir adelante a pesar de todo, y tú también puedes hacerlo.

No te subestimes. No pongas a los demás en un pedestal pensando que ellos pueden y tú no. Tienes el mismo valor, la misma capacidad, el mismo potencial. La única pregunta es: ¿vas a confiar en ti lo suficiente para seguir intentándolo?

Porque el día en que lo hagas, cuando cruces esa barrera y te des cuenta de que siempre estuvo en ti, entenderás que nunca hubo un “imposible”.

No estás quedándote sin tiempo para shiftear. El hecho de que no hayas shifteado hoy, ayer, la semana pasada o incluso el año pasado no significa que esa oportunidad te haya sido arrebatada. Tampoco significa que lo hayas echo mal. No hay un reloj corriendo en tu contra, ningún reloj sonando para recordarte que es tu última oportunidad. No hay prisa, no hay competencia, no hay un límite.

Respira.

Nadie puede quitarte esto. Nada puede alejarlo de ti. Siempre estará ahí, esperándote, sin importar la edad que tengas.

reminder that you can shift anytime, anywhere, under any condition. it doesn’t matter if you’re exhausted, if you’re spiralling, if you’ve just remembered an email you forgot to send and now you’re in a fugue state of regret. it doesn’t matter if you’ve put shifting on a pedestal so high it’s getting altitude sickness (even then, a pedestal is just a glorified step stool. kick it over. nothing is above you, nothing is out of reach), or if your brain is complied of intrusive thoughts and mental white noise. you could be in a grocery store queue, on a sinking ship, in the middle of a hostage negotiation. and could still shift.

people love a reason why not. alas, the conditions are not set in stone. they never were. consciousness is liquid gold. it seeps through cracks, it adapts. you don’t need the stars to align. you don’t need the perfect night, the perfect mood, the perfect silence. you need exactly what you already have... a mind.

Recordatorio de que puedes shiftear en cualquier momento, en cualquier lugar y bajo cualquier condición. No importa si estás agotado, si estás en una espiral de pensamientos, si acabas de recordar un correo que olvidaste enviar y ahora estás en un estado de arrepentimiento absoluto.

No importa si has puesto el shifting en un pedestal tan alto que parece estar sufriendo mal de altura (incluso en ese caso, un pedestal no es más que un taburete glorificado. Derríbalo. Nada está por encima de ti, nada está fuera de tu alcance), o si tu mente está llena de pensamientos intrusivos y ruido mental. Podrías estar en la fila del supermercado, en un barco que se hunde o en medio de una negociación de rehenes… y aún así, podrías shiftear.

A la gente le encanta encontrar razones para no hacerlo. Pero las condiciones nunca han estado grabadas en piedra. Nunca lo estuvieron. La conciencia es oro líquido. Se filtra por las grietas, se adapta. No necesitas que las estrellas se alineen. No necesitas la noche perfecta, el estado de ánimo perfecto, el silencio perfecto. Solo necesitas exactamente lo que ya tienes… una mente.
