I need to be painfully honest for a moment.

I love Mystic Messenger the game, the characters, the story, etc.

However, the fandom is a bit of a sore spot for me right now. It causes more pain than it does joy. I cannot interact with the fandom without causing myself literal chest pains or my throat to close up. That includes answering asks, chatting on social media, etc. (I may try to c0mm my cmcs but that's the extent of what I can handle, as they are mostly my own characters.)

I Hate feeling this way about something that deep down, I do enjoy. But I know if I force myself to engage with fandom right now, that love will be tainted. I don't even find comfort in Saeyoung the way that I normally do, and trying to think of him as a comfort character (let alone my love) causes psychological distress.

I don't know when this sickening feeling will dissipate. I do know that after answering that ask a moment ago, I am struggling to breathe.

I need to step away or I will lose this love. That would kill a part of me, and I... I don't think I'm strong enough to survive that.

I'm sorry. Please love the RFA extra right now, while I can't.
