I am so grateful to have this down to the last detail. I think she nailed her distraught expression and instinct to protect Ominis in this scene. LOOK AT THE STANCE THE POSTURE I LOVE HER SO MUCH. Also fun fact I made Rena's model in BG3 so I can't imagine how difficult it must have been for her to translate that artsyle into more of a Hogwarts Legacy style.

She pulled him toward the estate, walking as fast as she could without being suspicious about it. Behind them, Cassius spoke:

“Crucio.”

Faster than lightning, she whipped around with a single thought screaming in her head: This curse will not cause any more suffering to anyone close to her ever again. 

“Protego!” She yelled, and her ancient magic flared around her, forming a protective shield that encircled both of them. “Expelliarmus.”

Hi! About oc being blind in his right eye i have an opinion: i think he actually is because when he received the seal his eye bleed (and looked like it hurt)?? And the seal ocupies all of the space (let me put like this bc i just woke up and my english didn't yet) omg bye luv ya

Mm that seems possible too! Yana’s never spoken about it much (as far as I’m aware) so it’s hard to form any real conclusions. In modern AUs I like Ciel to be blind in that eye, but there has been indication in the anime that he uses it to see:

But of course, the anime does a lot of things which aren’t canon.

In the manga you could probably argue that his eye is fully functional and does not act in the way a blind eye could:

However, that isn’t much of an argument because I couldn’t see Yana drawing it realistically anyway. Overall, I’m not sure! I can’t think of any moments where Ciel has commented about his eye in the manga.

I think that Ciel probably can see through his right eye but the vision isn’t the best. I think if he closed his left eye and looked through his right eye on its own he would see everything blurred, out of focus and with a purple filter. The pentagram right over his pupil would likely be hard to see through and very annoying too.

I feel like it would be like constantly having a Halloween contact lens in 24/7.

I think the only reason he sometimes lifts his eyepatch to “see better” is because of depth perception. Since it is very hard to judge how far or close something is with just one eye.

His right eye is probably very sensitive to light also making it very hard for that eye to see during the day. Similar to why real pirates wore eyepatches. (one eye would be adjusted to dark environments like inside the ship, while the other eye would be adjusted for light environments like the deck of the ship)

Ciel probably has a mild night vision in his right eye.

Hiya guys. I’m sorry if Ive been and become very quiet and inactive. My friend and my aunt who I was very close to both passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly. My aunt passed last week and my friend tragically passed yesterday.

I can’t believe or even begin to process the fact that they are gone. It’s been a very hard week and even harder 24 hours.

To my commissioners I will like to openly apologise for putting your commissions on pause for the moment but I need to take time to process everything. I’m sure you understand.
