Made a Peppermint animatic a few months ago on YouTube and figured I should also post it here! This is Nicole and Leon when they were younger, around the time that they're starting to develop Aiecd. I like making their romance and relationship feel natural, earned, and organic, and I can't wait to get more into them as a couple and family in later chapters <3

A.I.E.C.D. is an acronym for Artificial Intelligence Engineered for Cognitive Development.
He's from a comic book callrd EI: Emotional Intelligence- my gf and I have been making this story since 2017! Story synopsis:
A beautifully expressive comic about a traumatized AI child dealing with anger issues and the unconventional steps his human creators have to take to get him help. Because no one takes him seriously.
"Sheei wakes up for a second time and remembers one thing: that he and Aiecd are friends. Upon returning, however, he's met with nothing short of unbridled anger from his blue counterpart.
Unaware of a life-threatening time restraint, everyone watches as Sheei dedicates his time learning how to befriend someone who's shut themselves off from the world- both projects unaware that their lives and the future of WOW Robotics all depend on Sheei's success in reintegrating Aiecd back into society.
Follow Sheei as he unveils the mystery of WOW Robotics' flagship project - "The Human Robot," and the self-repressed AI known as AIECD."

I AM currently working on a new website with a new domain name, as well as actively rewriting and reformatting some pages (to better enhance the story, help characterize some people better, and setting clearer reference points to anchor future events) and so chapter 3 will be published once everything ready to go on that site, as that's where I'll post the new rewrites as well.
I'll of course make a post once it's live, cause I'm so excited to show off how better it all is! Since the old site is still up, you could even compare the pages to see the little differences between them. I find that kind of stuff fascinating to do, myself.
Anyways, we're also looking to publish everything that's out as a physical book- I'll keep you posted when that happens, and then we'll continue the story in book form. I do plan to make more animations, animatics, shorts, and dubs (because we do have a few voice actors secured) and there are things that just CANNOT be added to the comic, but they would do WONDERS as a video!
So, I guess I understand what I'll mainly be using this blog for... MY STORIES! I've got at least 18 individual IPs- a bunch in the form of different mediums- that I need out of my head and in tangible form, like yesterday.
Trying to talk about your craft should be a no-shit-sherlock thing to do, but I don't have a social media following, and all I do is create when I can, so I'm bad at this blogging thing.
And yes, I was listening to Ra Ra Riot & Rostam- Water for hours on loop throughout the entirety of this drawing process.
I don't remember where the idea came from, but I now need to draw Sheei in a vehicle for his machine. I haven't played Crossworlds in months, but the game is still awesome! Maybe I'll do a render some day. Since it's not in my plans anytime soon, might as well post it. I was thinking of keeping it in my files, like most of my art, but I figure I really should start showing what I do lol
