The Vampire Diaries is the only show I’ve seen that turned a 360 degrees in terms of its main couple. The first few seasons just showed a perfectly in love couple Stefan and Elena, but later on it follows to Elena falling completely out of love with Stefan and falls into his brother instead. A lot of viewers think the director just keeps pushing the Damon/Elena couple into the story, even if it damages the plot as a whole. A lot of characters has been destroyed, especially Elena’s. Could this be the reason why Nina Dobrev did not sign a contract for another season?

Although not really a main character in the movie We’re the Millers, Scotty P. (Mark L. Young) still had his trademark on the show. This is actually the most popular scene and line from the show considering how many people actually post “no ragrets” on their social media. This particular scene was extremely funny additionally because of his famous line, “ya know what I’m sayin?”.

I can’t wait for Pitch Perfect 2! The first one was my favorite music-related movie of all-time. The comedy and the singing are the two things I’ve been looking forward to the most (including their sisterhood, of course). I’m having really high expectations from this since the first movie was so great. I’m looking forward to their new awesome performances as well.

This scene from The Vampire Diaries has touched a lot of viewers. It’s mostly the love of these two brothers for each other that keeps me watching the series more. It doesn’t matter whether they love the same girl because at the end of the day, they know they’ll never do anything to hurt each other, and that’s what brothers are for: to protect and support each other. 

This scene where Damon came back to life was very touching because he first went to see his little brother. Damon did not only feel the need to come back to life because of Elena, but he knew that his brother needed him too, hence why he had more motivation to come back. Stefan felt lost without his older brother by his side, which is why it was even more touching when they reunited.Their brotherly love is just beautiful.

I’ve never been terrified of clowns before, but not until I’ve seen Twisty the Clown from American Horror Story. He has mastered the spooky, mysterious, killer clown, which made me extremely scared from watching the series. He was the only “monster” from the show that actually gave me the chills. It’s not until a few episodes later that I actually felt sorry for Twisty. He reveals to the audience his background story, the story of his broken mouth and his hatred to freaks. It turns out that he actually had good intentions before everything bad that has happened to him, causing him to be a monster. Twisty dies somewhere in the middle of the season and it actually saddened a lot of viewers because of his story. Good job on being the creepy clown, Twisty!

A movie in the list of my guilty pleasures: A Walk to Remember. This movie will forever be my favorite romantic movie, mostly because of how much it made me cry. Mandy Moore is such a great actress since she perfectly portrayed a church girl who knows about her tragic fate. Shane West is also a great actor for playing a role from being a bad guy to helplessly falling in love with a good girl who made him become a good person as well. They had a very good chemistry that it made me cry so much when the girl died. I still won’t hesitate to watch it numerous times, though.

The Breakfast Club has made quite an impact on me. I saw it first as a kid, but found it extremely boring because of the setting and the lack of visual effects. This changed when I decided to watch it again with my friends as a young adult. The movie taught me a valuable lesson: to not think of what others see you as, because the only thing that is important is what you think of yourself, and how you feel about yourself. I learned that I’ll be much happier when I stop worrying about what other people think. This movie is truly a classic.

White Chicks was the very first movie which exposed me to American comedy. It was extremely hilarious that I would never say no to a movie night with my friends to watch this, no matter how many times I’ve seen it. The two brothers were naturally funny, which makes this movie my all-time favorite comedy movie. A Thousand Miles will also forever be my jam.

The Parent Trap (1998)

This was my favorite movie as a kid. Back then my only concern was how they managed to put one person in two places, not until I grew up and realized that the plot story is quite unimaginable; two parents divorced each other and took one of their twin children and agreed not to talk and see each other forever. It’s quite ridiculous how they just managed to leave and not care for the other kid at all. Still, the movie was very interesting and was worth the watch.

The only scene that actually made me cry: Elena’s sad moment when she figured out that her brother’s dead. She perfectly portrayed a loving sister who doesn’t have any family left but her brother. This particular scene made me see another side of Nina Dobrev, and it amazed and totally moved me with how good of an actress she is. This was definitely her best performance from the show, and she totally deserves an award.

The Interview made me laugh a lot of times. With it showing North Korea as a joke, it made me think that maybe I shouldn’t have. Although for me the movie was really funny, I still think it’s giving people a message that Kim Jong Un and the whole Republic of Korea is a joke. As an audience of this movie, I got more alerted to the situation of the people in North Korea, but no one can do anything about it. This movie, though, was worth the watch because of its reference to Katy Perry’s “Firework” and Eminem. (Still hoping this won’t cause a World War III, though)

Unfriended, a new movie from MTV, is about a group of friends skype-ing each other with all of them dying one by one while the others just forcefully watch. There’s a demon who got into their group chat, and we’re suspecting that it’s the same one killing all of them. 

This is a new type of horror movie, since the whole movie just shows the internet. There were no special audio and visual used, that’s why I’m anticipating it. It’s now out on the theaters. (Be careful what you post on the internet).

Klaus’ daughter, Hope, is the only thing that gives him a reason to be good. He used to be vile and selfish, who only cares about himself and how to be a leader that everyone will follow, no matter how many people gets killed in the process. Hope was the one who gave him a reason to give importance to his family. 

This TVD spin-off, The Originals, gives more importance to family than romantic relationships. This is the difference between the two shows.

My primary reason for watching The American Horror Story series, Evan Peters. He portrays a very distinctive role in every season, but the one which captured me the most was his role in The Murder House season as Tate Langdon. He showed the good and bad side of him in a very outstanding way. He gives horror a new look, and I’m pretty sure many ladies had fallen in love with him. He is a great actor; not to mention he is very hot too. I’m wishing him a good luck for AHS’s season 5!

Now and Then values the true meaning of friendship. These four girls has been the best of friends until they were in their 40′s. I like their friendship because each one of them would be willing to sacrifice their own lives for their best friends. They are willing to listen to their friend’s problem anytime and they’d be willing to always be there and offer their shoulder to cry on. 

And oh, let’s not forget Devon Sawa and Christini Ricci’s chemistry together.. (remember Casper?)

Remember Sunshine Corazon from Glee? Her real name is Charice Pempengco from the Philippines. She got famous really quickly when Oprah and David Foster discovered her videos from local singing contests in her country. David Foster did not only think she’s good, but he even wowed her performance and extraordinary voice. He even stated that it was almost impossible to find someone who could do justice to Celine Dion’s song, until he found Charice. Now that’s something to be proud of. 

But, because of people’s discrimination and criticisms towards gay people and the filipinos’ conservativeness, she then went downhill on her career when she came out as a lesbian. She will always be truly great, and her voice will forever be astounding. Just listen to her cover of “All by Myself” and “One Moment in Time” and I promise you that it will bring you in tears.

As the Mother’s Day soon approaches us, The Vampire Diaries has yet again showed the importance of our mother in this scene. Stefan, with his humanity off that was switched from previous episodes because of Caroline, was very moved with his mother’s speech who he thought was already dead for over a century. This touching scene made Stefan turn his humanity back on again because of his overflowing emotions for his mother. The same thing happened to Caroline, who turned her humanity back on when she saw her mom in a vision. The show really emphasizes the importance of our mother.
