sup I've stumbled onto your mizuhei posts and I had fallen to some rabbit hole of them so here's some somethingburgers headcanons of them besties/expect inaccuracy idk much about genshin

-whenever they're met with some problem with an unknown culprit, they like to pretend they're detectives solving a crime, heizou is fascinated by mizuki's intelligence despite her skipping class often.

-heizou is mizuki's personal fashion model! he didn't have a thing for fashion but he plays along anyway.

-both really like to prank people, they're on a walk and suddenly heizou suggest "what if we buy ena a cheesecake but secretly fill it with carrots" and mizuki's like "ooooh good idea😈😈"
