First episode of season 4 when Michonne comes riding in on her horse and both Carl and Rick are there waiting for her. After she gives Carl a comic book she got him Rick asks "you Gonna stay awhile?" And for me that started it all just seeing them interact as a family it all just clicked so perfectly :,)
