neil after baltimore: i'm alive but only ironically

consider, for just a moment, the first time neil gets drunk with the foxes.

i think it wouldn’t happen until the end of his second year, but when it does, nobody was prepared.

so, neil is partying with his foxes. it’s probably a bonding night or something, just them in a dorm. i doubt he’d let himself get drunk with strangers around, but he trusts the foxes not to hurt him and he trusts andrew not to let him do anything stupid.

shockingly, neil is a massive lightweight. he rarely ever drinks, so in reality it’s not that surprising, but somehow none of the foxes expected him to get completely pissed off of like three beers.

neil, as it turns out, says the most batshit outta pocket things when he’s drunk. i’m talking bringing up his traumatic childhood in casual conversation and then immediately afterwards asking allison to braid his hair or something. just completely random and a little horrifying.

eventually, andrew decides that it’s time for neil to switch to water, but when he tries to hand neil a glass, he just says “oh, fuck off, aaron.”

andrew tries to ask what the fuck neil just called him, but neil tries to punch him before he can.

that’s right, just tries to full on deck andrew.

andrew finds the whole thing hilarious, because 1. even if andrew hadn’t caught neil’s arm, the punch wouldn’t have hurt at all. neil was moving too slowly and he probably would have missed anyway, and 2. because the first (and only) time neil ever mistook the twins, it didn’t end with him trying to kiss aaron, it ended with him trying to punch andrew in the face. neil’s gut reaction to seeing aaron is just punching him in the fucking face, and if that’s not fucking hilarious i don’t know what is.

anyway, andrew is now holding neil’s arm. neil just blinks, looks at him for a second, and goes “drew? when did you get here?”

andrew, now trying very hard not to laugh, is all like “time for bed” and drags neil back to their dorm.

neil has no memory of any of this happening until allison shows him the video she took.

andrew assures him that it was funny, but he still uses it to win arguments for a month afterwards.

Honestly I find him boring and Ik some of yall are gonna come and attack me for it but idc 😛 I skipped most of his chapters tbh and also I despise caleo too 🤪

Leo didn’t need a love interest, if he remained single Maybe He’d be a little more interesting

Piper and Percy could of had an amazing friendship, like I can literally can see them being best friends and stuff

Honestly they’re friendship could of been elite and their humour well they’d get along so well 😭😭

Rick should have gotten them to be atleast be friends or somethin. We really missed out on a potential amazing friendship

Okay this is my opinion/ranking on the seven and who’s the most powerful/strongest and stuff so yeah

1. Percy - okay he is the most powerful and strongest out of all of them and you can’t deny that. He’s the son of the sea god and as it shows in the battle of the labyrinth his power is so unpredictable. Also he defeated Kronos?? And even Nico said that Percy Is the most strongest demigods he’s ever seen. So yeah.

2. Hazel - honestly if Hazel had more training I think she would be more powerful than Percy. She can summon metals and manipulate them. She also can control the mist and shadow travel. Many believe she also has the powers Nico has so if she does then she is VERY powerful.

3. Frank - he can shape-shift into any animal. And that’s an abilities that no other demigod has. On top of that he is a descendant of Poseidon/Neptune. AND he’s the son of Mars. Like I get why Gaia wanted him dead. His fighting skills are incredible (especially his archery). He’s pretty much unstoppable

4. Jason - he’s a child of the big three so he’s gonna be pretty powerful. He can fly?? And has control over lightning. He’s been at camp Jupiter since he was like 2 I think? So he is trained in combat. He was the praetor of camp Jupiter. He slayed the Trojan sea monster and fought the Titan Krios.

5. Annabeth - I know this is gonna be a controversial one but idc. My queen Annabeth is powerful and you can’t deny it. She ran away when she was 7 and fought a cyclops without any training. She’s fought several monsters over the years and is always able to get herself out of difficult situations. She’s the daughter of the war goddess so she’s obvious super strong and quick on her feet. She held up the sky once. And also inherited skills from Athenas Roman aspect too. She’s an expert in architecture which helped her and her friends several times.

6. Leo - he’s very intelligent which was very useful in HoO. He built the Argo 2 and is super strong. He’s very quick on his feet and comes up with solutions to life threatening situations very easily. He can also control fire and generate it?? Like bestie was even scared of his own power once that’s how strong he is. Leo’s also immune to fire and one of the best mechanics in hundreds of years.

7. Piper - I know some of yall be annoyed at me putting her last but in my opinion she’s the weakest out of all of them. That doesn’t mean she’s not powerful tho.. She’s extremely good in combat and is very quick on her feet. She’s a charm speaker which is a rare gift that only some Aphrodite children have. She’s also very good at reading peoples emotions which is another gift from Aphrodite. She learnt how to fight monsters without any training and always knows when their being tricked.

So yeah this is my opinion. All of the seven are powerful and strong in different ways but if they had to be listed this is how I’d put them so yeah❤️

Like in the Titans curse when Percy wanted to go on the quest and they told him no

And when Percy and Jason try sit at the head of the table

And also like when Percy and Annabeth are arguing infront of the whole camp in battle of the labyrinth

Yall okay so I was looking at some Jercy (jasonxpercy) ship posts and the comments were filled with “pErCy IsNT GaY” or “jAsOn iSNt gAY” or like “that’s disgusting”

Like yall need to chill yourselves a bit. The riordanverse books have hardly ever specified any of the character sexuality’s and just because a male character is dating a female character it doesn’t mean that they can’t be shipped with another male character. These are fictional characters and yall be taking it way to seriously.

It has never been specified in the books that Percy is straight . Yes he is dating Annabeth that doesn’t necessarily mean that he can’t be bisexual or pansexual.

And so what if Percy is being shipped with Jason or Nico or another male character? Does it actually matter? Rick riordan said we can interpret the characters how we like but I hate how I’m seeing so much homophobia at the moment in the riordanverse fandom. Like if you can’t respect people’s opinions and ships then like don’t comment on peoples post?? And also there is so many lgbt characters in the riordanverse.... so like if your not against Nico being gay why can’t someone say that Percy is.... like it’s an opinion yall just get over yourselves already please...

I hate all the people in the fandom who are like “lUKE sHouLdNt oF dIeD” “he didn’t deserve it” or something like that. So many of his friends and fellow campers died on his birthday and around it. Like his birthday was probably not the same after that. Like every year he would remember that his birthday was the day of extreme tragedy and loss for so many people

God I feel so bad for him :((
