since i've saw a lot of bad things about sam fender over the last few days just wanted to share this...
sam is genuinely one of the kindest people i know, i've messaged him a few times and he's lovely. one of the most humble people ever.
i was lucky enough to meet him after his concert in april and he was so caring, he was in a rush to sneak away so me and my friend quickly ran over to meet him. i obviously started crying when i stood next to him because i've been a fan of him since 2017 and couldn't believe it was actually him😅 when he turned around to get a picture, i didn't have a chance to say anything, he had already pulled me into a hug and he whispered "it's alright" with a little laugh because he saw i was crying 😭 he then took a picture with me and then he got a picture with my friend and shook my mam's hand.
just before he went to get into the car i panicked and i told him i was the person who ran a fan account of him and his face lit up and said "no way, love it you're a legend. always creased at you posts" while like tapping/holding my shoulder. then he got basically pushed into the car before more people realised he was outside (everyone was waiting in the wrong place 💀)
not many celebrities would stop and actually talk to fans and hug them, see if they're ok. he did it with the others there too, he was so sweet and genuinely thankful. he is not a bad person.
