Hi hi! Since my username is kinda long, feel free to call me Rhyme.
My blog is all Twst (*cough*riddle*cough*) content, but I do enjoy other fandoms. Twst is just my one true love for the next years of my life.
I mostly write fanfiction, and sometimes you'll see me post (mid) art. Most of my work is ship-centered, but I'll occasionally drop a few non-ship-related works.
I'm a multishipper because all is fair in love, but again, most of my ramblings are about Riddle in general. My top fav is def Azurido tho. Although don't be shy to share other ships :3
Anyways, uh, feel free to yap to me! (Headcannons, facts, ships, stuff about my fics, anything that's sfw really!! All I ask is No NSFW cuz I'm not fully comfortable with it. Everything else is fair game)

#🎼rhyme-yapton🎼 : Literally anything from my asks to fic ideas that I don't feel like charac tagging.
#🌹thorn-rambles🌹 : anything related to AIGL, primarily Thorn, hence the name
#What If I Was Canon?: Solely for WIMTBH, post dedicated to non official/noncanon parts of the series.
I've always mentioned how music is like my biggest inspo for fic ideas. For entity Azul, the two specific songs are Using You by Mars Argo and Sleep Talking by Indigo De Souza
do the entities... breathe? have a heartbeat? Azul/Riddle getting so Close to getting their partner back but something still isn't perfect.
And they they catch on what's wrong. No slow rise and fall of their chests when they press close, no slow, steady thumping that would quicken around them. Empty. Like knocking on a tree that's hollow on the inside, and they can only hear their own.
At least the entities get a feast of their misery that night, when they break down sobbing, right? /j
Alternatively, au merge where mourning Azul and Riddle meet. "I thought I'd lost you forever" but like fr, its THEM. The one they lost. Not someone cruelly pretending and using them to feed
YESS MAKE THEM WORSE!!
The entities don't have a heartbeat/need to breathe. They live off different things, so it's not a necessity. However, they can mimic the ability to breathe since it's a physical attribute. Heartbeats? nope. That's a sound they cannot mimic.
It's the one thing they lack. So whenever poor Azul/Riddle lies against their chest, they start sobbing at the silence. Because not only are they reminded that this isn't the actual lover, but that their lover is dead and never coming back.
The entities could very well fix this, but they don't. Why should they? It's more entertaining to them this way. They haven't done anything to their "partner" solely because they find them fun. It's a delicious meal with the bonus of a show!
RIP, mourning Azurido. Make them have the slightest difference from their Riddle/Azul, but even then, it's way better than the entities. At least they're real. Maybe they take the chance to hear their heartbeat again to just live in the moment for a little longer.
I had a thought. TWST as an idol au BUT with a twist. I keep hearing about something called "Alien Stage." Truthfully I don't know all that much about it, but it would have a similar premise. Perhaps something along the lines of:
Contestants are chosen at random and forced to compete for their lives. While they can complete alone many find safety in numbers which leads to several groups being formed and competing against each other for survival. In the end, only one group can emerge victorious. The losers must face a mirror that will decide their manner of execution.
There tend to be two factions: NRC Entertainment and RSA Entertainment. RSA has held an unprecedented winning streak for the past years. This year the head of the NRC faction, Dire Crowley, is determined to win by any means necessary. Which is why he employs you, the descendant of NRC's last winner. Now it's your job to see to it that at least one of NRC's idol groups wins, without them destroying each other before they can even get to the stage to meet RSA's own idol groups.
This year, the twenty-two NRC contestants have split themselves up into seven groups, and they're particularly competitive even amongst themselves. At this rate, if you're not careful, they'll start sabotaging one another and fighting among themselves, which will allow the RSA groups to absolutely sweep the floor with them.
The first group, through some heavy deliberation (no one could agree so they drew the name from a hat), decided to call themselves: HEARTSLABYUL. You're not quite sure how they ended up together. It seems like the two childhood friends ended up together and teamed up quickly, then invited a familiar face to join them, and they randomly claimed two others to join their group.
Ace Trappola, a dancer and vocalist. A troublemaker that has no trouble charming the crowds and gaining a quick following, which is surprising for a contestant who came out of nowhere. He nearly bailed on Heartslabyul to go solo, but that was thankfully prevented.
Deuce Spade, a rapper and vocalist. While not as popular as Ace, the two have learned that the crowds like their bickering so he's also shot up in fame. The rest of the group learned very quickly that he has two left feet, so dancing was something he definitely needed to practice.
Cater Diamond, a dancer and rapper. Fans love interactions with him because he's so great at them, whether it be taking pictures, signing things, or chatting it up. With the way he acts, you can't even tell he's nervous about the impending doom most contestants will face.
Trey Clover, a vocalist and dancer. He's actually not fond of dancing, but he learns it out of necessity. Without him, the group likely would have imploded already with the amount of arguments that happen day-in and day-out. He holds it all together, but he isn't the leader.
Riddle Rosehearts, the leader and a vocalist. He is determined to not meet his end here, and he is set on guiding his group through this. While entertainment is definitely not his forte, he will persevere and entertain all. His cute face has already garnered plenty of attention.
HEARTSLABYUL, for all their infighting, work together surprisingly well when it comes down to their lives on the line. Their style mixes pop with rock, and their larger group leads to a wider variety in production. They seem to excel in creating the type of upbeat tunes that get stuck in your head.
One song that would be similar to their style would be: "Haven" by Stray Kids.
The second group came up with their name fairly quickly, as in one person chose it and the rest were fine with it: SAVANACLAW. The first member happened to recognize the second so they banded together, and the third admired one of them so he was later accepted for his worth.
Jack Howl, a rapper and vocalist. He doesn't feel that he's good at entertainment, but he refuses to just give up and die. On the upside, his form has given up the upper hand since many fans admire his muscular physique. Is that why he was accepted into the group?
Ruggie Bucchi, a dancer and vocalist. The prospects aren't great, but so goes life. Even if he's not a fan favorite, he uses his agility in dancing to gain the spotlight and leave a positive impression on potential fans. He knows he's just support, but he believes in the group leader.
Leona Kingscholar, the leader and a vocalist. Not only is he a royal, but the attention of the crowd tends to linger on him for his rugged good looks. That's something he plans to use to his advantage. And his voice ain't half bad either, so they got a fighting chance.
SAVANACLAW, follow their leader without much of a fuss, unless he starts thinking about playing dirty then that causes fights. Their style focuses primarily on hip-hop with a dash of EDM. Their music is loud and leaves an impression, especially when they flaunt their looks or a glimpse of abs that make the crowd go wild.
One song that would be similar to their style would be: "Wonderland" by ATEEZ.
The third group debated on their name, and the end result was: OCTAVINELLE. The three members all appeared to know each other as they're childhood friends, two of them were even related, so their group was formed rather quickly.
Floyd Leech, a dancer and rapper. His official profile says dancer and rapper, but he always switches it up, and while considered annoying at first, the rest of his group realized it's advantageous. Not only can he do it all, but fans like it when he changes his role spontaneously.
Jade Leech, a dancer and vocalist. Unlike his twin, he maintains his role unless necessary to change it. With his gentlemanly demeanor, he's gained quite a following. He knows about it all too well, and uses it to his advantage and to entertain himself.
Azul Ashengrotto, the leader and vocalist. Not a very good dancer. The twins tend to makeup for that, but he does practice for shows and his voice is rather remarkable. He knows exactly how to win over crowds with a charming smile and suave words.
OCTAVINELLE, work scarily well together, especially when it matters most. Their style blends pop with funk and jazz, leading to a unique sound that makes them stand out. Beyond performances, they are most well known for the fan interactions full of calculated moves like gentle handholding, sincere gazing, and of course completing the gesture when fans' hold up half a heart with their hand.
One song that would be similar to their style would be: "Light a Flame" by SEVENTEEN.
Anyways, that's all I got for now. I'd probably call it something like mic to mirror or something. And if it were a series, it would be a longer one where the readers would decide the winners. Will I actually write it? Probably not, but it's fun to imagine since I kinda went lowkey crazy with the playlists.
Dream Riddle in book 7, but he is actually aware from the start he is in a dream created by OB!Malleus, lowkey sides with him and just pretends he can't do magic in his dream but he secretly does !
SilRid, but Riddle is drunk and can't find his flat keys and Silver is the narcoleptic buildings guardian
(This is 2am where i live and can't sleep)
Wait, as in the security guard? Or landlord? I think it'd be cute if Riddle comes back the next day, emberassed but security guard silver has seen it all so he's not very bothered
