Moving on…
General:
The blog itself is mostly Part 7 focused, but I’m also a fan of jjba in general. I don’t see myself doing deep dives into any of the other parts, but I’m happy to talk about them if anyone’s curious
Long posts and analyses can be found under #sbr analysis and general thoughts under #my posts
I am a big supporter of media literacy and critical thinking. If I see a bad take, I'll probably ignore it, but, as noted above, block button will be used liberally.
This is not an nsfw blog, but seeing as it is focused on JJBA and Steel Ball Run in particular, there will be nsfw topics discussed in some capacity. I try to tag when anything stands out to me, such as gore, but such things are also par for the course with this series, so I expect anyone who chooses to read this blog will have an idea of what to expect. I’m not going to bother tagging every piece of reblogged art with a bit of blood as #gore. Get it?
If you’re a moot, please don’t be concerned if I haven’t followed back. Unfortunately this blog is not my main, or I would be following a lot more people lol. Trust that I know who you are 😉
Stance on shipping (do I really have to make this?):
Personally, I am not comfortable with:
- incest
- adult characters paired with minor characters
Most everything else, I at least try to approach with an open mind. All that said, I do not support harassment in any capacity. I do not want to be harassed for what I ship or how I ship it. People are multifaceted and fiction is an opportunity to explore ideas. What I read is not a reflection of myself nor my moral values. I am capable of engaging with relatively upsetting content when in the right headspace, and if you aren’t, that’s fine. I have my line and you have yours.
Just because I ship something you personally disagree with doesn’t mean I don’t know how to read.
Just because a certain topic or character makes you uncomfortable, that does not give you the right to harass anyone about it.
Know how to police your own content. If anything I post makes you uncomfortable, block me and leave. Remember that you can always close the tab.
Follow the old adage: Don’t Like, Don’t Read.
All that said, if you’re still here please enjoy the blog and have a nice day :)
