Has anyone here had carpal tunnel syndrome?

I was diagnosed with it recently, but I'm not entirely sure the diagnosis is correct. The only symptom I have is pain that's been going on for about 9 months. I never had an ultrasound, and I've tried a ton of medications prescribed by different doctors, but none of them have made much of a difference.

Has anyone had a similar experience? What did it turn out to be, and what helped? I'd really appreciate hearing your stories.

I probably can’t fully capture the emotional nuance of every line in translation (so if you have questions, feel free to ask).

But one detail I really love is that in the anime, the verse that plays usually belongs to whichever brother is feeling the guilt most strongly in that moment. If both of them are grieving, both parts are used.

And honestly, I don’t even know why this song hurts so much emotionally. Maybe it’s because it’s sung by children, or maybe it’s just how painfully well-written the lyrics are.
