Helpful guide for anyone who needs to know Ninjago Symbols

I often see mistakes being made when identifying the Ninja team's elemental symbols. The first four don't even have dragons! They're actually animals that fit them in terms of personality.

Look closely at them.

- Kai's symbol is a lion, akin to his aggression

- Cole's symbol is a gorilla, going with his strength

- Zane's symbol is a wolf, working into his brainpower

- Jay's symbol is an octopus, obviously showing his active nature

- Lloyd's symbol is a Chinese dragon, denoting his power and heritage

- Nya's Symbol is the Phoenix, putting to mind her pluck

If you have an OC you can use this to design their ninja gear! In some figurines the ninja wear the first letter of their name in Ninjago style on their headband.

Update:

Proof that the Airjitzu symbols shows that elemental symbols aren't dragons (with the exception of Lloyd for obvious reasons).

Correction: These aren't their Airjitzu suits but Destiny robes they wore during their fight with the Sky Pirates (season 6).

I got pretty fed up with looking for words to replace said because they weren’t sorted in a way I could easily use/find them for the right time. So I did some myself.

Oppositeshipping: Flipped but, Not Quite

•Background info on this AU•

-So basically, Kai is an android who was once human; he had passed away and was rebuilt by Ray

-Ray quickly whipped his mind when he was taken with Maya; so this whole time, he thought he was a human

-Nya didn't have the heart to tell him otherwise, she slowly found out and was able to put all the puzzle pieces together

-Zane, on the other hand, is human; that 60 years age boost he had on the ninja is non-existent in this AU

-He and Dr. Julien lived together and when he died Zane ran away ((Dr. Julian was brought back to life and then put in the lighthouse. Zane was long gone so he never saw))

-Kai didn't find out he was a nindroid until season 7 when he was poking around the blacksmith shop; when he found the fusion blade, he found the blueprints to how he was made

-Kai was P I S S E D especially at Nya for not telling him

-Kai told Zane first about him being a nindroid, he was the only person that Kai trusted with that information

-When Kai had a malfunction in his system, Zane knew how to fix him up; Kai only trusted Zane with his programming

-Kai thought that since he was an android, Zane wouldn't love him; that wasn't the case, in fact Zane loves him even more

-Kai's eyes flash bright pink whenever they hold hands or they kiss

-Kai lets out rapid beeping noises indicating his artificial heartbeat quickening when Zane gets close to him

Okay i legit have not been able to stop thinking about this idea of an alternate version of this au.

Here it is:

After kai leaves the team(whatever happened is up to you.) he goes back home to incignia and eventually finds out that just like zane-(bc i want robo boyfriends) he's an android. He's shocked and unlike zane he has a very bad reaction to it and just dissapears. Eventually coming across the SoG and joining them.(kai had gotten upgraded and such during his time with the SoG. Looking more like an actual Android than human.) It was harumi who found out that kai was actually a human once but passed away and was thus turned into an android by the help of dr. Julien who took kai's soul and element and made the power source and placed it into an android body; and that nya had eventually figured out kai wasn't human but never told him. Kai, or mr.E believes that his family actually never cared about him and became angered at his so called parents and sister. Eventually after the events of hunted its revealed by ray and maya about kai after they all findout about him being mr.E. they repair him back at the samurai X cave since pixal had recovered his parts and when he came back online... OH BOY. He screamed at ray, maya and nya; questioning if they actually ever loved him and if he was just really a robot to them ; he screamed at nya because she never told him when she found out.(everything eventually turns out ok in the end.) He eventually (unwillingly) ends up going back to the monastery woth the others but still acts cold and emotionless towards them. It takes a long while but he eventually loosens up.(he still has the oni mask of vengeance in this au.)

And eventually later on wu decides to let killow and uv come and stay at the monastery under the watch of the other ninja, so that kai would be more comfortable back at the monastery. One night about a month later kai, the other ninja with uv and killow are walking around ninjago when kai spots something, or some one that look like harumi. Curiosity get the better of him and he follows the mysterious figure. He sees that it is harumi, and calls out to her with her SoG name. He catches up to her and finds her unconscious on the ground; her pulse weak. He picks her up and contacts the others giving them his coordinates. They show up on the bounty shocked to see harumi. Zane immediately sees that she needs help and him and kai quickly bring her to the med bay.(Imma say she's alive in this bc the fsm brought her back. Believing that she could be redeemed for what she had done.) She eventually wakes up and cue the main SoG gang together
