No, Bisexual has meant attraction regardless of gender/all genders since the 70s. It’s always been defined that way by bisexuals, but the rampant biphobia that has been spreading like a plague in recent years is doing its best to erase that, but it wouldn’t if people actually took the time to read Bisexual history.

Also the bi prefix has absolutely nothing to do with Bisexuality. It never has done.

There isn’t one. Pan was brought about in 2002 on LiveJournal because a very biphobic and transphobic individual decided that bisexual was not only trans exclusive (it’s not as proven by the above but i guess biphobes don’t overly care about that.) but also othered trans people in their statement. Saying that bisexual was only for the attraction toward men and women and that pan was the attraction toward men, women and trans men and women. Of course people try to erase that part as well because of how bad it obviously looks.

learning you're neurodivergent later on your life after growing up being treated as a neurotypical is a constant state of "oh so am I not [stupid/slow/lazy/useless/dumb/broken], I'm just neurodivergent and need to do things differently" followed by a wave of anger and frustration for not having been told that. for not having been reassured, as a kid, that you're none of those awful things you think about yourself, you're just different. anger for having been left to believe that there was something wrong with you.

this rant doesn't actually have a point. I'm just angry that I've been told -I'm still being told- that I'm just lazy and dumb when I actually have add and I'm on the spectrum.

Dyscalculia is more than just "dyslexia but with numbers".

It's not knowing if gas prices went up or down because the numbers all look the same.

It's looking at the clock and thinking that "it's been 6:42 for a really long time.." when over 10 minutes have already passed.

It's not being able to tell time on an analog clock.

It's not being able to read a map or understand north from south.

It's not being able to understand how exactly you can travel from point a to point b and wind up in a different spot on a map.

It's not being able to do simple math in your head and using paper, your fingers, or a calculator to do math.

It's not understanding how 3D space works, and struggling with 3D crafts and art.

It's teachers, students, parents and friends thinking you're stupid because you just don't understand anything dealing with math.

It's failing math class and being sent to remedial math.

It's crying at the kitchen table, because you're literally incapable of understanding the problem in front of you. And your parents are angry about it because it's so simple! What do you not understand about it!

Just know if you have dyscalculia, you are not stupid. You have a learning disability.
