whats your favorite hc for Ss?
I certainly do have quite a lot of headcanons for Sasusaku, but I’ll be sharing my top 5 here.
1. Sakura likes hugs better while Sasuke likes hand-holding. He loves it, actually. Whenever they are out, to a market or just casually roaming around in the village, he likes holding her hand. And when he does, he holds them very, very gently. As if holding something so fragile that it’d break if he uses a bit more force. But even if it’s oh so gentle, it holds protectiveness. And he did it a lot during their travels. Although, he isn’t a fan of PDA, he does have his own way of showing affection in public places as well. And hand holding is one of them.
2. Sasuke likes it when he wakes up earlier than Sakura because he enjoys seeing her morning face. Because she looks beautiful. Just, beautiful. How her eyebrows would slightly furrow and her eyelids would slowly lift up, revealing her green, cloudy eyes a little and then shut back again. She’d do it countless times while changing positions in their bed, stretching her arms and legs lazily, until she’d finally wake up and give him that breathtaking, sweet smile of hers. Then lightly yawn and utter a quiet “good morning, Sasuke-kun” oh and he loves the “-kun”, a lot.
3. The first time he told her he loved her was right after their first time together where he used the term “Ai Shiteru” for it and the second time he did it was sometime after they had baby Sarada and they were still travelling. Leaning against a thick tree and holding little Sarada in his arms, he kept on looking at her angelic features and the resemblance she had with Sakura. She was the embodiment of their love. And he absolutely loved her. Sakura was leaning against his shoulder, half asleep. That time he wasn’t sure when such words left his lips. “Koi Shiteru” is what he used to express his love at that time. And even if Sakura was not fully awake, she heard him loud and clear and smiled. Other than those two times, he doesn’t say his feelings out loud, specially in terms of “those” words. He shows it instead.
4. He loves Sakura’s cooking and missed it during the time he was out for his mission. He would sometimes imagine what her and Sarada might be having for their meals and what they would talk about while eating it. And he would smile to himself like an idiot imagining them laughing and smiling together.
5. Sasuke loves cuddling with Sakura or basically holding her while sleeping. He would sometimes talk in his sleep, whenever having a nightmare (which he has a lot) and Sakura would then hold him closer, ruffle through his hair gently, massage his scalp and utter sweet lullabies (the ones she sang to baby Sarada, too)into his ear until he’d release the tension and be able to sleep in peace.
6. Sakura loves it when his hot breath hits her neck whenever he holds her close to himself or hugs her. Specially during winter.
