“hey guys, welcome back to the kane-cast and today we’re—“ *vague scuffling* *muffled arguing* “i’ve just been informed that the topic i’ve chosen is stupid.”
sadie yells into the mic all the time
she also rants about petty things for at least ten minutes an episode while carter tries and fails to get them back on track
carter will bring genuinely interesting and serious topics to the table and the listener will expect sadie to have no clue about any of it
and then she has a really valid opinion that she articulates rather well in a few sentences
and then starts talking about twitter beef again
carter will make a very strong and valid argument on any and every topic
including any sort of celebrity drama that sadie brings up, you wouldn’t expect him to know about it but,
“sadie’s my sister, i live with her. of course i know about [insert drama here]”
listeners are split 50/50 in that half are there for the kane siblings’ opinions and the other half are there for the dynamic between them
carter: *makes valid and interesting point*
sadie: “bit shit tho, innit.”
they’ll argue over absolutely nothing but somehow can have intelligent conversations about big issues, like politics
they do q&a stuff a lot and answer fan questions
they both use that as an opportunity to tell embarrassing anecdotes about the other
it’s a rather well recieved podcast because it’s unintentionally funny
why? again, *muffled arguing sounds* *distant yelling* “right, so anyway,”
