Ok but juridically wise, according to France’s current legislation if Beemoov really does delete accounts for reasons that weren’t stipulated on the agreement we signed while registering (maanas for drawing for exemple) they are taking the risk of engaging their civil responsability meaning that every player whose account was deleted could potentially ask fora refund of the money they’ve spent on the game and/or damages/interests.

I was actually reviewing my Obligations’ law and Contracts lesson while the website was shut down, so thank you beemoov for putting my knowledge to test lol

I haven’t finished episode 6, will I still be able to access the market? I literally play twice a year (Halloween and Christmas) and feel like this is such a stupid rule. It’s not going to stop the system from being abused - the likely players involved where probably already past level 7 and episode 6???
