                IT   TASTED   BITTER   UPON   HIS   TONGUE.   A   tattered   heart   silently   lamented   for   her   endless   struggle,   perhaps   his   demon   was   suffering   far   more   than   he   had  at   the   hands   of   a   tyrannical   being.   Raimeiki   had   been   with   him   for   so   long   that   he   had   forgotten   what   it   was   like   to   be   without   her   incessant   bickering   /   her   silence   disturbing   him   far   more   than   the   taunts   and   teases   that   fell   from   pretty   lips.   IT   WOULD   HAVE   BEEN   A   MERCY   TO   HEAR   THEM   FROM   HER.   This   meager  pillar   was   crumbling,   a   monumental   disaster   in   his   wake   as   he   fragmented   beneath   the   oppressing   hold.   An   endless   amount   of   greed   and   desire   was   indulged   in   gradually   (   for   her   sake   and   his   own   ),   permitting   what   he   could   from   his   arsenal   to   give   this   creature   the   ability   to   withstand   even   the   mightiest   of   catastrophes.   It   escaped   his   understanding   why   she   had   continued   to   ENDURE   THE   WORST   for   his   sake,   but   gratitude   was   not   lost   upon   him;   if   anyone   deserved   a   rest                 it   would   be   her.  

Tongue   traces   over   the   back   of   his   IVORY   MAW,   broad   figure   tensing   unintentionally   as   he   felt   her   corporeal   form   curve   against   his   side.   Gentleness   not   being   something   he   anticipates   freely                 but   it   was   a   BLESSING   when   it   finally   came.   The   instinct   to   recoil   and   reject   this   hold   outright   comes   instantaneously   /   he   fights   it   off   with   the   knowledge   that   allowing   her   the   mercy   of   repose   was   the   least   that   he   could   do.  Silently,   the   side   of   his   cheek   pressed   to   the   crown   of   her   head   in   a   gesture   of   ACCEPTANCE   AND   APPRECIATION.   “   I   can   hold   off   for   awhile,   you   should   try   and   find   some   respite   while   you   can.   ”   A   murmur   came,   tonality   soft   and   without   the   familiar   edge   that   often   accompanies   locutions   in   regards   to   his   demon.   Perhaps   their   relationship   would   return   to   their   usual   nature   when   the   oncoming   threat   was   dealt   with,   but   for   now   ?   SHE   WAS   SOMEONE   HE   TRUSTED                 and   he   would   not   soon   forsake   it.

     Her   laughter   seemed   to   boom   for   that   one   second   her   teeth   were   pried   off   from   the   ear.   The   sign   of   pure   amusement   &.   joy   being   across   her   face   as   she   opened   an   eye   to   look   up   towards   the   other.   A   nasty   grin   on   her   face   as   her   bare   legs   SUDDENLY   moved   up,   wrapping    around   the   others   waist   to   pull   him   back   down,   close   to   her,   which   she   than   spun  her   weight,   reclaiming   her   spot   on   top   of   him.   “   I   was   PUNISHING   a   naughty   kitty.   ~    ”
