What I'm worried about though is he comes with 2 alternative expressions, but the helmet on top is really snug. If I wanted to change it how am I supposed to get it off without damaging anything?? 😥

pain in the ass tbh, but he looks good 🥹

He feels so delicate I'm afraid he'll break. His right arm kept falling off and I was so scared putting more force in pushing it back in.

His chest plates to; they're flushed tight against him so the windows can lie on top, but if you want to expose the matrix you got to lift up the windows (which are so thin) and pull the plates from the body before flipping them out. You really gotta be careful because they don't slide forward smoothly so some force is needed and it feels like you could dismantle the pieces.

I think the worst were the hands. There are multiple hand grips you can switch out, but some have an extra part that goes in the palms that allows Optimus to hold the sword(s). Well these little parts would NOT go in. Trying to push these tiny bits into another tiny bit? Impossible. The hands don't even allow the space for my fingers to grip and push down. My finger tips were so red and raw and hurting. I had to use a needle nose plier to finally clamp the pieces together! (and in my carelessness damaged one of the itty bitty prongs that attached to the rest of the hand component, whoops).

It was not a smooth build, but I'm still happy. Now I have a physical reference when drawing TFP Optimus 😊

Dude, I started following you for your DC stuff but I stopped liking DC because I got into transformers and now im finding out you like transformers too???? Oh my primus??? You just got lime ten times cooler, and you were already like- suuuuuper cool before.

Haha, yeah I'm catching up on things.

I remember watching Beast Wars and even had some toys from McDonald's and another Cheetor figure, but that was the extent of it.

Besides that I never really got the chance to get into Transformers because costumed superheroes dominated the media. From the 90s to the 2010s, batman, superman, spiderman, and x-men (cartoons and films alike) all took my attention and with the beginnings of the MCU with Iron Man...yeah, Transformers was completely overshadowed.
