White Flowers
Jundori on the brain
On one social network, subscribers chose to continue the Russian AU, so here's a reference to Yukari-Yulia.
P.S.: Русскоязычные ребята, я вас вижу, для вас буду теперь с оригинальным текстом выкладывать тоже :D
The keys slipped from his trembling fingers, thudding dully against something that was definitely not a concrete floor. The hair on the back of his neck stood on end. Instinctively, Junpei took a step back. Then another. His spine met the cold metal of the elevator doors. Turning slowly, he saw nothing — no welcoming glow of the call button, no display showing the floor where the elevator was supposed to be. It felt as though someone had simply switched off his sight. Everywhere his gaze fell, there was only darkness. Absolute. Frightening. Alien.
"I’ve broken reality," shot through Junpei’s mind in a panic. "I’ve broken goddamn reality!" He drew a sharp breath and nearly coughed from the heaviness of the air. The smell was strange, too — sort of... musty? The kind you get in unventilated rooms or in cars left standing in the baking sun for too long. Only here, the smell seemed a hundred years old. There was no sense of moving air — everything was static, as if frozen in time and space.
Snapping out of his stupor, Junpei jolted and began pounding blindly on the elevator doors.
"Hey! People! Anyone!" he yelled. "Let me out of here!!!"
But only silence answered him. Even the sound of his blows rang strangely muffled, though, by all logic, the whole building should have heard them. It belatedly dawned on Junpei that this place had no echo — the kind you would expect in an empty hallway. What the hell was going on?

In addition to the previous post, I finally couldn't resist and made a full-fledged piece of art with these two.
I saw a selection of art from the artist on Twitter with characters of the Persona in the form of mermaids/newts (she called them SEAS, well, you know, yes, like SEES, only marine :D). Each had its own fish, and the result looked conceptually interesting. In general, I really wanted to draw Junpei with such a design. However, I removed the pectoral fin because I couldn't figure out how to beat it in my style.
The original post with the fish characters: https://twitter.com/Kippyscafe/status/1686806223805366285
There was also no Chidori in this collection, so I asked the artist if I could add it. She agreed and said she would be happy, so I went to look for a suitable "gothic" fish. And, you won't believe it, I found it. Just look at the betta rosetail and you'll understand everything. This is probably the most beautiful Chidori I've ever painted. Maybe, by the way, I'll also draw an art piece with them, but that's not for sure.
Well, just look at these fish, well, they are perfect for Chidori
MARCH RECAP Topic: Persona 3 Russian!AU Results: A total of 3 character design references for the AU – Chidori, Makoto, and Kotone. Chidori was the most challenging, as I had to sift through a lot of information, including photos, to put together a suitable outfit for her. Makoto was the easiest; I knew from the start that he would be wearing a denim shirt.
Next month's topic: Classic Persona 3 (more or less) With a digression on micro AUs, because I still have some unfinished work from February that I want to finish.
Well, hello, the most colorful character. Meet the Russian!Kotone.
Perhaps this was the fastest design of all the Persona characters in this AU. Or perhaps not. Either way, here's Makoto-Makar.
I finally got around to continuing the designs for the RussianAU of Persona. Junpei Yura has already been designed, and now it's Chidori Dora's turn.
When I first drew her and Yura, I didn't really think about her outfit. The act of drawing was more important to me, so I just grabbed practically any dress I could find from my saved files. But it didn't fit the time, the location, or the character, so I finally worked on it a little more thoroughly.
It's my birthday today!
Thank you for sticking with me and my art. These works are my favorites from the past year, and I'd love to know which ones you like.
And if anyone wants some, I'm always happy to see art of my original characters or Jundori (especially from Russian!AU). Or you can just repost it, as is traditional for artists, for that, thank you very much too 🙏
Happy birthday @volkodava
I’m about to run late to work, so this caption is going to be very short. But it’s OK because I made a video to go along with it!
I hope you enjoy! And sorry for any mistakes!
OH MY GOOOOOOOD!!!
The whole time I was watching this, I looked like a seal, clapping my hands and making inarticulate sounds of joy. I'm trying to put my emotions into words, but I don't know if I can.
Thank you for this post! It was great watching your video with the commentary! I so appreciate you translating it into Russian, especially the congratulations at the beginning, it was awesome! :D
Oh my god, it's so sweet that you chose Hisako! You won't believe it, but I actually thought her name would be Elena (Helina) in the Russian version. I also appreciate you even researching the materials. I actually don't know what the Jundori children would wear yet, given the rapid time change, but it doesn't matter because she looks cute!
The Jundori toys are so funny!!! I hope I'll finally finish a proper reference for Chidori this month. I'm glad to be part of this community and to know people who contribute to our Jundori-nation, regardless of its size!
Thank you again so much for the congratulations and the gift, I'm thrilled!!!
A recap of the beginning of the year! Unexpected, I know, but I'll explain it now.
In 2019, something happened: the number of drawing ideas became so overwhelming that it made the process itself quite difficult. Sometimes choosing what to draw took longer than the actual drawing. So, I compiled all my ideas into a single spreadsheet, sorted them by theme, and assigned each one its own month. During this time, I could take any ideas within the theme without worrying about what to draw. After finding the recap of that year on my page, I realized that this structure was incredibly productive, providing variety and clearing out my endless "What to draw?" list a bit.
Why am I remembering this now? Because — guess what — I have a ton of drawing notes again, and every time I spend way too much time choosing which art or sketch to do next. The current fandom I'm in, its alternative versions, previous unfinished fandoms, original characters, challenges, redraws of old art, completely random ideas that just popped into my head — I've sorted it all out again. I want to try drawing again using the "one month, one theme" principle. But this time, I'm wondering: do you sometimes want to choose which month to draw next? I'll probably conduct polls randomly on different social media to make it more interesting :D
Now, let's get back to the results of January and February, which I've tentatively dubbed "Classic Persona 3." Seven sketches for Jundori Week and one full-length piece (in 2019, I could produce 25 pieces of art in a month; I miss those days). But it's still a good start. Next month, I won't have a choice for a Persona 3 Russian!AU, because I've been working on character references for a while now. I don't know how much I can accomplish in a month, but we'll give it a try.
Let the Hunger Games begin! I mean, let's see how this experiment goes :D
A meme was posted on Twitter, and since it was 100% them, I decided to draw some art in honor of it. I also dug out an old Junpei cowboy design from my stash x)
A selection of my romantic Junpei and Chidori for Valentine's Day
What are your thoughts on fes the answer
Good question.
I haven't actually played through this part myself, only watched walkthroughs. I found "The Answer" to be an interesting reflection, if a bit too phantasmagorical in places. Plus, we were shown snippets of the characters' pasts.
Overall, I don't know. I think this is a normal addition.
