Amame's Vokeman
A design for a fangame that heavily employs The Silver Case's design and look. Amame bears a striking resemblance to one person from that game as well...
also on bluesky
title for the fangame is "AI: The Flower in Snow"
My aim is creating some sort of a visual novel, using Godot, from scratch. The main menu logic is agonising, and I have never programmed a full-on game before...
Sound effects are from The Silver Case. They are currently placeholders.
Reblogs in a chain now get their own notes
The reblog chain is one of the things that makes Tumblr unlike anywhere else. All the notes on reblogs are attributed to the original post, no matter which branch people actually liked or reblogged. We want to keep encouraging conversations, and give contributors the recognition they deserve.
Soon, you'll be able to like, reblog, or reply to any part of a reblog chain, and that note will go to that reblog's author. Each reblog will have its own counts, instead of one aggregated number from every version of the post. And yes, you’ll be able to like multiple posts in one chain.
If a reblog doesn't add anything, the love flows up to the last person in the chain who did. Your post doesn't lose notes just because people spread it quietly.
Past notes will stay on the original post — we're only changing what happens from here on out. Retroactively re-attributing all of them would be... a lot.
This is just the beginning. More changes are coming as we keep building this out – stay tuned!
I really love it when companies keep insisting on arbitrarily fixing site elements, especially ones that were never broken to begin with, huh? What a shame.

feat. AI: The Somnium Files. Shout-out to The Silver Case's design language.
I have the idea of splitting the image into two so that you can zoom in closer on the image... maybe. Anyway, I've decided to focus more on the characters rather than random screenshots, which are now located on the top, right, and bottom trim.

"The Silver Case" + "AI: nirvanA Initiative" wallpaper design test
I should say that I might have rushed myself while putting the photos together. Additionally, writing descriptions for the three images above was quite tedious...
But, I like The Silver Case's overall design style so much, still.

See a portion of The Silver Case PS1's wallpaper set below. It's the basis for what I made.

This is the first project where I had to use a very large canvas (2400x3600). The final result has its canvas shrunken down to 2400x3196, and was down-sized to 1200x1598.

AI: The Somnium Files - nirvanA Initiative's logo in the style of The Silver Case's original logo design
My aim was to recreate the vibe found within primarily the original logo of The Silver Case, which can be seen in the post expansion. To design the "AI" part of the logo, however, I looked at the remastered version's logo as well.
AI: "Film Window" presentation
3rd post
Something about The Silver Case's presentation resonates with me. It also helps that both AI: The Somnium Files and The Silver Case series focus on crimes & investigation as well.
SPOILERS for AINI (AI: The Somnium Files - nirvanA Initiative) in the post expansion.
viewpoint/AIM/SCAN
No additional description. Aside from me liking the initial 1st-person view from killer7's older builds.
torn apart by love
Since I don't want to pretend that I know anything about Japanese, the next best thing is to utilise my native language.
The Han characters do not represent Japanese or Chinese.
This is moreso an excuse for me to vent about my feelings. My apologies in advance.
twewy in the film window style of the silver case!

AI: The Somnium Files ---with action elements?
A mixed-genre thought... Mizuki could use a cardboard box.
On another note, apologies for not being able to incorporate rhombuses into the image.

CAUTION---Reloading
Mizuki is cool. Today, I also realised it is Aiba's birthday. Font for the kanji: LXGW Marker Gothic (LXGW) For the flavour text: Doto (Óliver Lalan)

feat. AI: The Somnium Files - nirvanA Initiative. Upon having access to camera manipulation, I decided "why not make this"? See this post for more info.
I've been on a roll, so I apologise for posting too much. If you know what "Film Window" is, by the way, nice!
