@river-person sees a tall figure out of the corner of their eyes.
Gaster does not know if he should be pleased to see one of the few people who has the capability to remember him after he is gone. Of course, he ended up here… well, he supposed he had not seem them for a while. At the very least, there would be some continuity.
He supposed that they would be significantly less positive towards him. They had no particular reason to feel very positive towards him, after all.
[ * the river person turns and gives Gaster a cold stare. ]
* …oh. * its you.
[ * the normal singsong quality of their voice is gone. Replaced by an emotionless monotone. ]
* you should know you’re not welcome here. * and yet you come anyway. * what do you want.
Gaster stares. He is surprised the riverperson does not know better by now - that Gaster did not give him a choice where he ended up, that he would simply end up wherever he would be dragged off to.
Bringing his hands up, Gaster signed exasperatedly. Of all the places he had to appear…

He wished they wouldn’t talk to him like this. It was really quite rude.

* no choice..? * a lost fragment then... * drifting without control.
[ * They stare at him, assessing if he is more or less of a threat due to this. ]
* how very curious.
[ * They begin to hum to themselves softly, ignoring the scientists question. They are too busy thinking. ]
