This is an official statement from Jaron, the new (and now former) voice actor for senpai. It just happened to come across my fyp on my personal TikTok.
I am going to say what I am going to say in the nicest, most mature way possible. Because what’s running through my head and what I’m writing are two entirely different things. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde are currently duking it out.
Jaron has left the Yandere Simulator project, after his home address has been leaked and he received a threat. Those responsible are absolutely evil. His daughter happens to be a very dear friend of mine, and has inspired me to begin voice acting myself. I think a lot of her. Anything that affects her affects me too.
Yandere Simulator is controversial. We all know that. And if you didn’t know that, now you do. You do NOT have to like the developers of ANY game, and you can still enjoy the game. You can absolutely despise something and NOT be a shitty person about it.
Jaron is a voice actor who took on the role of senpai. He was just trying to help with the development of the game. It doesn’t make him a pedophile, or a shit human being. He was just trying to work. What this person, or people did, to him? EVIL. Pure evil. Uncalled for. And absolutely no excuse.
It costs nothing to be kind. If you don’t like something? Don’t associate with it. And don’t associate with anyone who does. Ruining innocent people’s reputations and their lives proves that YOU are a shit person, not the person you’re targeting. It’s that simple, folks.
It’s more rewarding to be a better person than you were yesterday, do what you can every day, and live kindly and generously, than destroy another human being.
And there’s a lot worse things happening in the world than a game’s development.
On this blog, and all my yandere sim related platforms, I strive for a positive, safe space for all, and I will continue to do this.
