My phone basically force logged me out of my JP account and I didnt save a transfer code or know my ID number. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get back into my account. Its literally like 4 years worth of playing, I can't just abandon this account :( also thank you im advance for any kind of reply and for just reading my ask in general ahh

I’m so sorry that happened to your account, i know the pain myself since i also lost my main account of 4 years awhile ago but unfortunately couldn’t get it back.

Here is a quick guide on reddit for the japanese SIF Support who you can mail to for these kinds of issues. Make sure to read through everything and try to remember as much as you can about your account, cards ect and screenshots may be needed as well.

How to make your SIF ID + info about the new update May 17th (mandatory date: May 20th 16:00 JST)

l hope everyone are aware that after the new update 6.1 arrives 5/17, linking your account through Google Play/Game Center and using transfer codes will cease to exist and you will only be able to use SIF ID, although this update will be mandatory on 5/20, the day of the next event.

If you issue a transfer code before updating SIF, you will be able to use it after the update to transfer your account one last time, however you will not be able to issue a new transfer code after that.

This is a very good guide that will help you secure your account if you already haven’t fixed your SIF ID yet.

- Autoselect removal to present box for N cards
