Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. I had to rush to the barn after discharge and get on the back of my horse. Feeling his strength gives me back mine. Feeling his breath fill his rib cage makes my breath come easier. His nose flares to smell the new grass and mine tingles. His ears wave at the birds and I look to the sky and I see life.

I'm very thankful to my friend (who I love so much ☺️) who was my guinea pig tonight. She is in the hospital for a short stay. I got permission to bring Rain and was excited and nervous for the opportunity to try out our training in a hospital setting for the first time. Rain was remarkable and just couldn't get enough snuggles. Through crowds of screaming children, bustling steps and elevators, she looked to me for confidence and showed remarkable bravery where she was unsure. No barking at all, just a little ruff when the nurse startled her awake ☺️ In a world where I feel helpless to enact change, I am so happy I have this amazing partner to give comfort no matter how small during a hard time. #therapy #dogintraining #catahulaleoparddog #catahoulasofinstagram #snuggles #dogstagram #workingdog

Rain met the most fun Dobermans today at the dog park! I've never seen her have so much fun playing before. When talking he said most people don't let their dogs play with them. That even when walking them people will cross the street away from him. It is so sad to me that this stigma still exists with this breed! They were the kindest dogs and very well trained. He was thankful that they got to play with her and were getting into it as much as her!
