The exhibition features over 60+ new artworks by Roman Savchenko, created in Tbilisi. These abstract paintings are inspired by the rhythms of Georgian writing and the artist’s emotions.
The project compares two ways of looking at images. One part shows how we look at things quickly, like we do on our phones. The other part invites you to look slowly and carefully at the art in front of you. It is an experiment to help us notice how we see the world when we stop rushing.

These works represent my transition from 2025 to 2026. I originally started them as quick sketches—blueprints for future small sculptures. My goal was to capture the rhythm and movement that I would later build in 3D.
However, during the process, the graphics began to set their own rules. The black and white contrasts became so powerful that they no longer felt like "previews." They became a complete, independent series. Here are the first seven works where I explore pure form and how a flat surface can mimic volume.

Which of these shapes would you like to see turned into a physical sculpture?
The video presents animated abstract forms that can be perceived as sculptures without a stable position or final state. Their movement does not build a narrative or lead to a conclusion; it defines a way for form to exist in time.
The work continues Roman Savchenko’s long-term investigation of perception. As in his graphic series, the viewer’s attention is held in a state of instability: the form constantly shifts, transforms, and resists fixation. References to animation traditions appear through repetition, cycles, and minimal changes, rethought within a digital environment. Here, animation functions as a space in which an abstract sculpture can exist only through motion.

These works explore the mechanics of perception, capturing the moment before form solidifies into meaning. By rejecting narrative, they force the gaze to decelerate, focusing on rhythm and color. The untitled, serial pieces remain open systems, where viewing is a unique event shaped by the observer’s state.
