mayu had always been inspired by how yukari was such a pretty girl — never able to wrap her head around how it was even possible for someone to look so beautiful all of the time. she wanted to know what her secret was because it made her feel annoyed whenever she saw her because mayu wanted to feel just as pretty as her.

❝ Hm? pretty? ❞ There was this hint of pink that had seemed to find it’s way onto her cheeks due to the female’s inquiry. She wasn’t used to having people compliment her, it was usually the other way around – but, it didn’t stop her from forming a smile upon her flushed features.

❝ I dunno..! I-It just comes to me naturally, I guess. But, I really should be asking you that, Mayu. You’re way prettier then me! ❞

          —Suprisingly, even Oliver had to stand on his tiptoes to reach the shelf, but took the jar off                 carefully and without letting it fall. Then handed it to the lilac haired girl, ❝ There you go! ❞ he               remained on smiling. And a few seconds later spoke again with a sweet tone.

          ❝ Ah, also, what’s your Name? If you mind me asking… ❞

❝ Ah, thank you so much!! ❞ She extended her arms to grab the jar of cookies from the taller male before her, giving the container a small glance before irises motion up to meet the other’s. ❝ Oh! It’s not a problem, my name is Yukari, and what’s your name? ❞

          a scene like this did happen a lot already, people shorter than him don’t usually ask for his                   help, but when they do, it will be about bringing them something, taking something down from             an oh-so-tall shelf. He didn’t know how to feel about this, he can’t decline a request from a                   person older than him… That is tradition, he guesses.

          and with this thought, he looked around for any objects near, that could have on top of them an             item that this small girl could need.

          Oliver pointed at the shelf, on which’s top was a jar with bunny head-shaped cookies. How                   silly!

A grin inched upon her features, hands clapping together as violet eyes follow the other’s hand to where she was previously. ❝ Yeah--! The people here need to be more considerate with shorter people -- these shelves are too high! ❞ A frown, eyebrows narrow to an irritated look as her arms crossed. Did the boy even care? That didn’t stop her from complaining.

The female stood on her tippy toes, fingers trying to get a hold of something that was too tall for her reach, darn. It’s hard being short. She let out a sigh in defeat, looking around for at  least a stool or something to help her up, but alas. There wasn’t any stools laying around! But,  there was people who where taller then her! And so, she motions over to the closest person and gives them a gentle tap on the shoulder. ❝ --Hey! Would it be alright if you helped me with something? I’ll return the favor, promise! ❞

     “oh, i see!”

   she copies the other’s actions after parting a few strands to replicate hers. she can’t help but chuckle at how the female connects her hair to her brand braided hair. she doubts she knew who she was.

     “i guess i should just try out a bunch of things, huh?”

A small nod, a small grin forming upon the female’s lips as she observed her hands working on her hair. ❝ Yeah -- only if you want to though, you know? There’s always those, uuh.. tutorial things on YouTube too, the one’s they always say are easy but i’m pretty sure that’s a lie. They all look complicated to me. ❞
