During intermittent fasting, I have found that supplements such as Glucomannan and Berberine are extremely helpful in controlling food noise. This, in addition to black coffee, green tea, herbal tea, and water. *Zero calories.
If you’ve never taken Glucomannan, start low. It’s like taking psyllium husk. Your body has to adjust or you’ll have cramps and killer gas.
