There is something about Brazilians I can't explain but I'm going to try to put in words, this way people will kinda have a better understanding why we have so many successful ones, like @neymarjr @gisele @adrianalima @angelicaht @ronaldo @ronaldinho ... Brazilians are some sort suffered people, that have seen so much unfairness going on with our country, corruption left and right, poverty, hunger, unemployment rate over the top, horrible health system. There is just so much bad things going on, we see our natural resources be given like bananas, things that could be beneficial for the improvement of our country. Money deviated from health to feed those corrupted governors pocket, people dying on the line to be seen by a doctor cuz of shortage of workers since they are not getting paid because its public health care, not private owned. Child slavery, drug trafficking creating killing and robberies... I could go on and on and on, but I will stop right here and go to my point. My point is, with all that we had enough reasons to be a sad population and enough to have disbelief, but I believe the harder to achieve the more you crave. BRAZILIAN people aren't spoiled and never ever take anything for granted, we know how hard is because mostly we had to work hard for it, was never given, and the result is just so much appreciation. I am so freaking proud to be Brazilian, I am not shame for the bad things we have going on, it's just unfortunate because I believe if we had somebody who could do it right for once it would change it all. I am not saying this as it affects me or my family directly, but just by seeing and being able to have that in perspective, that's what it makes the whole difference. It makes you appreciate every single thing, because you know better! With all that we have going on perhaps I bet you won't find anywhere in the world people as happy as us, I have no idea but that just brings so much happiness to our life, knowing life could be a lot worst and that we are very fortunate to have the basics and we're very blessed for that matter. The journey not only have thought me so much more about myself that I even knew but it also thought me to don't forget to enjoy the journey while in it. In Brazil we have a saying, which is perfect for it: It goes the ring, remain the fingers. Basically, just to enforce, everything one day will tend to fade, and that doesn't go for the passion, love and respect for the sport, but the outside beauty, our youth, the strength will slowly change with aging, so if it wasn't for the people we meet and the lessons learned the journey wouldn't have a meaning, neither a purpose, and definitely wouldn't be as much fun. If you stop to think all these people have major importance in our journey. That said I am going to repost the @toxicangelzbikinis TRIO 😍 It's very true to say that we get what we pay and we pay for what we get, I am sure you can see that. Being able to represent my fav #bikinicompetition brand with these beauties @jessiepalmerifbb @musclemmama isn't for anyone can you tell?! Margaret @m8rgaret is a hustler, I have met this girl almost 3 years ago, and I have had this very same bikini since! Her quality reflects on my bikini for 3 years looking like brand new! She also just did this amazing job on spicing it up my suit and basically transformed into a total new suit, last minute 2 weeks before my competition, when she was short staffed and had to personally get to it!! Today to take the time to be thankful, and share some love to the people who straight up got my back! And this pretty much sums up my day or I meant #backday 😎 . Haven't finished tho, I just got home gonna hit cardio, prep my food for next day cuz been doing this for 2 years and food gotta be fresh otherwise I won't eat it. I had a flat and things got delayed even more than usual, guess what, this isn't going to ruin my day! Life is what we make of it, and just to keep even more real I had my stomach pretty tight when I was heading to the gym and saw a old man on a wheelchair trying to manage his situation with a bunch of stuff stacked on top of him, under a bus station roof because it was raining and probably cold. 😭😔😣 I literally can't deal with it, it hurts me to see things like that and not being able to do anything! I see so many people complaining for some silly stuff they don't have or whatever the case maybe, regards to not being grateful and very unappreciative. Coming from Brazil did give a different perspective into situations like this, I have seen poverty, things often not seen here. Life is a perpetual sequence of challenges. The way we confront and overcome those challenges determines our path. I hope after a while touching on the same button, to focus on yourself through fitness I have broke the sense of understanding. Fitness some times isn't only used as a hobby but as a outlet to overcome other problems other than the physical but the mental. When you work on yourself inside out, it's much easier to have a better understanding of how fitness have major impact in your life! It's almost life itself, when tries to make you stronger by living it, it does the same it make you stronger by winning it, winning yourself everyday! Makes your understand that you can conquer whatever you put you mind into it and ur only and worst enemy is yourself.
