So I am currently back at writing. i have been following @abbeysy lately and her page and channel really inspires me to go and let out all the thoughts i've been keeping in my head. 🤣 i find #2020creativejournalingchallenge as a good start to fill up the vlank pages my notebooks I haven't wriiten on to for a long time now.. :) So far I am stuck in drawings and writings but I will be starting to collect materials to put variaations on my inserts and inputs. :) this kind of hobby is kind a therapeutic in a way. i feel like i am getting back the focus I always wanted to have. :) hoping to improve my #journaling habits as well as my materials.. maybe travel stuffs are not yet in my list this year but i am hoping after decluttering every aspects of my 2020, i woll be up to some adventures next year... :) #ican #iwill #2020 #artjournal #artjournaling #instaart #selflove https://www.instagram.com/p/B8U5lp6nhkt/?igshid=a5bow1431d40

i have been an ambivert for quite sometime... but2019 hits me hard. there are times my focus is zooming in and out. everything blow out of proportions... i have lots of unmet expectations, plans that go down the drain... the inrovert nature of my younger self is creeping back. need to expel all the baggages of 2019 and the negative thoughts in my head. :) this 2020, every now and then i scribble in my notebooks... and this book really helped me a lot... :) sometimes just drawing the dates calm my mind... truly i become more productive.. :) hoping to finally establish my learning and working system again... may the anxiety feels be gone. :( it really is something unsettling. though I dont want to feel bad over little things, it starting to go out of my control sometimes. :( #planwithme #bulletjournal #journaling #writing https://www.instagram.com/p/B8Q0ljKnT5D/?igshid=1ieklyv7j10d3
